Dear Sir,
We had complained for onida window ac on 25.04.2015 vide complaint no 1504A476A80214, technician visited, identify and noted the fault of compressor, but no response till today.
We reminded our complaint many times & a lot of phone calls have been made in service centre, the take no action and giving us many time a new complaint no. by cancelling our earlier one which was pending by 25..04.2015. Compressor is in guarantee period.
