I sent email to [protected]@onida.com twice but no reply at all. And its the worst experience i have been through in my life, i never used onida product before and i never will after this..
i bought a new 32inches LED tv from disbuter in my hometown in april there was a fault in the tv and there was only sound working display was not working and now again the same fault last time i took me 2 months toresolve the issue and still that problem persists, ,
Thats how the poor service is from local companies like onida.thats why other companies like sony and other are good..i would never recommend anyone to buy onida product when a customer buys the onida product he is just one increased count in thier sales that it to hell with the customer...
