We had purchased onida ac six months back and warranty service has not been done.. We are not available on week days. Inspite of telling them to serve us saturdays they never do.. Those people fix their own convenient timings and they never respond properly and give stupid reasons over it. Do you think we dont have any other commitments other than waiting for you on all saturdays? Does your company have only few set of people to attend the all customers in the city? Is this called customer service? It is highly noticeable that you are working only for money and not for customer service and satisfaction. To add, on the customer service number does not work most of the days.. Who is going to pay for all these? If you can serve us on the time we are comfortable with or pay the money so that we can arrange a seperate service on our own. Hope i get a sincere response or il escalate this again..
