Me: as per our telephonic communication you are not able to ship the product (Order # 2850111) yet so i want to cancel my order. Please refund my money back to the account. Omsi: we want to inform you that the vendor arranged your product beneficiale capsules 15 at a new selling price of rs.180. So we can provide you 3 quantities in your paid amount kindly confirm soon. Me: no i want refund. Omsi: we want to inform you that as per our company policy. If you cancel The order then we will refund your amount after the deduction of Cancellation charge rs.100+5% from your paid amount. And we will refund you through paytm gateway. It will take 20 to 25 working days to reflect the amount kindly give confirmation for the refund process. Me: why will you deduct money when you are unable to dispatch the product? It is your fault you should give money in penalty. I will file a case in the consumer forum against you. If you didn't had the product then why you accepted the order. This is cheating that you take order of 6 at a price and then say we can send only 3 at that price. If you cancel then we will deduct 100 rupees because you are cancelling it. This is not going to work. 100 rupees is not a big amount for me but i will make sure you pay even more than that if you tried to play games with me. I want my money back or courier receipt in case you have couriered the product. Omsi: first of all, you should have read the website before placing the order.
