I have placed an order #2831984 for purchase of medicine on dt. 29.02.2020. On dt. 5th march, 2020 i have enquired about the status of my order, in response on dt. 6th march, 2020 they asked for prescription and id proof. I have provided the prescription and id proof on 6th march, 2020. On 11th march i again enquired about my order but there was no response till date.

"we will refund you by PAYTM gateway (it will take 35 to 45 working days to reflect the amount) kindly give your confirmation as soon as possible.

Have you seen this type of ###. Kindly requested to take stern action against this company. I am forwarding my complaint to PMO and ministry of consumer affairs.

Updated by Arun Vaish This company is big fraud. When the company do not have the medicine why these # have accepted the order? Later they asked to provide valid prescription, the prescription was provided immediately. After the prescription episode these fraudsters invented a new thing that your prescription is not valid. I challenge them on this particular issue. The cost of medicine was Rs. 400, Rs. 100 was delivery charge and Rs. 25 was the handling charges.
To my utter surprise and after so many requests they refunded only Rs. 400/- i.e the cost of medicines but refuse to refund Rs. 125 (100-delivery charge+25-handling charges.
My question is if these fraudsters did not send or delivered the medicine to me how they can refuse to pay the delivery and handling charges to me i.e Rs. 125/- ????????
