Dear sir: I had placed online order for two bottles of brinolar eye drops on 17/4/2017 and payment of rs.751.00 was made through payumoney of youngistan solutions pvt. Ltd. Against payment id[protected]. Online medical store india replied as under against my order: "we have received your payment by payumoney (Payment id[protected] and your order is in processing. Once we ship your product we will give tracking no. Thank you for placing an order with us". However when i did not receive any communication from them about delivery i inquired the status of my order and they replied that the stock is expired and is not available and will not be able to supply the order. I then requested for a refund of my payment, for which they did not reply and i sent reminders for which also they did not reply or refund the money.
