Online-Pancard.com — no response for money paid service

I applied for a pan card online through https://online-pancard.com/ - i filled the form on28th sep 2019 and got a mail from [protected]@online-pancard.com saying that you have successfully applied for pan application on https://online-pancard.com/

I paid inr 499 through netbanking and sent the application form through professional courier (I have the acknowledge slip as well) - it shows it has been delivered. I have called them multiple times it is always no response off, mailed, texted - no response. The website is very deceiving it has a government logo for swach bharat making you think it is a government website. I have been fooled - please help me get to the culprit and get my money back.
