100bestbuy / Reebok Watch — Product not delivered by online purchase | |||
I purchase Reebok one watch from 100Bestbuy on September third week and money also paid through online. The product not delivered yet, I tried to contact them through they may not pick the call. then I send email every time the system generated mail is the only reply. I am also suffering with such a forgery from this website 100bestbuy.I made online payment for a saree on Oct.24, 2012 but till today I could not get the item. I have sent a number of mails to them but they do not reply to any of the mails.The phone no.given in their website is not toll free so every time we call them, money goes waste since they don't attend the calls n keep us waiting.what can be done agaist them.Is there any forum for filing complaint.Can anyone tell?
