[Resolved] Dani Fashions — No Delivery, No refund | |||||
I have a complaint against an online shopping site which is dani fashions. I ordered two dresses and I paid Rs.10183 on 12 july 2013, they assured me that I will be receiving my order on 26th of july '13, and when I did not receive my order I contacted them and asked the reason, they told that because of rain they could not dispatch but earlier they told me that they already dispatched it, they are not replying to my questions properly and they told me I will get it tomorrow, and yet they did not send any tracking information and they don't even reply when I ask them for tracking details. I told them to cancel my order but they did not reply to it. I keep asking them but they are not replying and they don't even pick up the call.They did not send me till today and the when I call them it says the number does not exist!! Please either help me get my order or my money please. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Dani Fashions had not cheated me, It's the courier company's mistake and that's why they had to make the delays.. They sent my order to me in the next 5 days in a good condition, I would say It's a good website. | |||||

We have had the same problem with Dani Fashions. When we speak to them on the phone they assure us they will dispatch but no dispatch number has been sent. We will also be seeking a refund.

The Manager,As our consignment from kanchipuram asper way bill no:[protected] Booked Dt:17/11/08 then your people received dt:21/11/08. we have asked 4, 5 times in your branch T-nagar and mount road.they are said still we did'nt received the stock.then i called up ur branch in chennai they said we received 21/11/08 you go and collect the stock in mount road.but we did't received stock.we are very suffering ur service without received the stock we paid auto charges Rs.500/-so pls give us good servie
