[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Freecharge mobile recharge fraud / scam | |||
I bought Airtel recharge of Rs.1010 at an online site called freecharge.in ('Accelyst Solutions Pvt Ltd') on March 25th 2011. They didn't recharge my mobile. When I contacted them, they said they will refund the entire amount through email. I got in touch with the payment processor as well and they also confirmed that the money was refunded. However they haven't made any refunds and my bank ICICI says they didn't get any refunds. It's been 2 years and free charge is still doing business and cheating people. I thought it was in the interest of general public that I made this post so that people get the freecharge review before they act. Guys beware of freecharge.in scam type companies. These fraudulent people operate in some garage and would pounce at your money even if it is a paltry sum. Stay away from these freecharge frauds. They are Fraud Friend...Its being month my money is not refunded dear friends once your money gone it will become Fixed deposit for lifetime free recharge need money to run there website...But dnt you think its wrong way to take charity one should ask for it directly...

Hi,I had recharged my phone three times with Freechare.in and i had selected the coupouns of equal denomination every time. To my surprise i have always recievd only 50 % of the choosen coupouns and not all. This is sheer cheating people.

Freecharge.in — Online fraud
I recently used freecharge.in for a recharge of INR 450 and the amount that got credited to my prepaid balance was just Re 0.01 (Order is #5495287) .An amount of INR 460 got deducted from my ICICI account and its been 10 days, there had been no solution to the issue despite my daily emails to them.
The customer care of freecharge continuously keeps asking to confirm with the service provider, though Reliance has very clearly stated that there was no transaction received at their end.
Totally a fraud!
