I have booked a hotel in Puri through Make my trip on Dt 5th Oct 2013. I have booked his amount through my SBI internate booking. The amount has been debited from my account. But my booking could not confirmed as informed by make my trip as money has not been transferred by my SBI. I also lodge a complaint a complaint in SBI and came to know that the money has transferred to make my trip by SBI on Dt 13th Oct where make my trip is denying the fact.
