Online Trading Academy — online trading academy (bangalore) - failed to provide training and refund

I had enrolled in a classroom course at the online trading academy, bangalore, by paying a total amount of rs: 1, 15, 050 (One lac and fifteen thousand and fifty). I had clearly stated before the payment that i was interested only in the classroom training and could attend the course only if it was on the agreed dates (22june - 28 june, 2019). Once ms. Pinky rana and mr. Sujay paneerselvam received the full payment, within 2 days, they called me to say that the classroom class was cancelled and that i had the option to take the online class on the same dates (Which was of a lesser fee), or a class at a later date, or take a refund.
Since they had failed to provide the training on the agreed date and i was not available to take the class at a later date, and not preferring their online training, i requested a a full refund. Pinky and sujay both were always maintaining that they had processed the request for refunds but stated some reason for the refund not to be processed. It has been 7 weeks now and i have not got the refund. Recently, they have stopped responding to my emails too. I have pasted most of the email trail below:

But, this is highly unacceptable, locking up my money for around a month, whatever is the reason

If the account head was unwell, is there not another person delegated to approve the transactions in his absence? Do they wait for the account head to approve accepting payments for the courses from new students also before asking them to join? Why is the wait only for refunds?

I had to use the funds for other purposes and i have patiently waited for the refund for a month, only to hear it will take longer

Refund has been initiated and under process.

The delay is since the invoice has been created and we have to reverse entire transaction including gst paid, however i’m expediting and as discussed, ensuring you shall receive your money credited to your account at the earliest.

But, i received welcome call/ email from online trading academy (Ota) mumbai today. When i mentioned to the ota person from mumbai on phone that my refundi request was already initiated, he mentioned that he could still see my name as a student
