I ordered Branded Combo 3 Pure Linen Shirts on May 12 2016. I received the order on 16/5/2016 but to my disappointment, I received a completely cheap material. I filled up the return form online, sent emails to [protected]@gmail.com. I received a response that they are looking into the matter and it takes 5-7 working days. It has been more than 10 days now and I haven't heard from them. Neither did I receive any refund, nor some one came to collect the goods yet. Below are the details of my order, please provide a refund on my order:
