[Resolved] OnlineClues — Cheated with wrong products, size and material | |||||
I received the product (cin300995) (item name branded london looks set of 5 shirts) from onlineclues.com and i have the parcel as intact as it was delivered. i orderered for 5 shirts in small size but they have sent m size. more over the colour and material of the shirts are horrible and not as shown in their advertisement picture. i called them and filed the complaint immediately after receiving the delivery on 23.07.2016 and got the complaint number 7849. they agreed to take back the product but so far they have taken it. no response for my emails and no one picks up the phone. i was cheated by them by selling wrong product, wrong colours and wrong size. please help me return back this product and get my money back. What part does this consumer complaint web site plays their part. These people just give answer to the complaints and does not bother to solve it. Is this website helping the consumers?????
