Dec 19, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved 1. first you need to call on its customer care number i.e 08053096538(not toll free) and ask for the refunding procedure via email.
2. They will mail you( by [email protected]) procedure and a attached form, in which you hv to mention your bank details and reason.
3. Then You have to send back the product by your own expenses via indian post.
And email back the received form(after filling ) and delivery slip to the same email id.
4. After this you will receive a acknowledgement mail of receiving your mail.
After 2 to 3 working days you need to call again for your refund then they will refund your amount in your bank account in 48hours.
