[Resolved]  OnlineClues — Delivery of wrong product

I had ordered "london looks check shirts combo of 5"., and i got shirts of totally different color. This is direct cheating. 2 set of the shirts are of same color, and all 5 of them are same design.
Seriously this is negligence of onlineclues., inefficient service. Now, totally i want is return product and refund of my money back.
(Please find attached images for what i ordered and what onlineclues delivered to me)
Looking for positive replay asap

Onlineclues customer care will be always busy. Somehow I have registered complaint(Complaint Num : 8019). But no response from onlineclues. I tried sending email also..!! But no use. Now, they are not picking call.

Dear OnlineClues,

The very first thing when I received wrong product was sending mail(25-July-2016) to www.[protected]@gmail.com., but there was no response(no response till now..!!). So I posted in https://www.consumercomplaints.in.
So, it is clear that, RESPONSIBLE(??) people from OnlineClues has replayed without checking/clarification. response in this chain was a blind replay. I want PROPER, WORKING, VALID response.

Important thing is: I have seen the offer regarding the product which I brought was in Facebook. If I am not getting refunded, the OnlineClues can expect a post in social media, about this CHEATING, and tags...
