[Resolved] OnlineClues — Different product delivered with poor quality i called 4 time complet | |||
I had ordered a pack of 3 shirts for rs599 + 100 delivery charges. i received totally different product. the colour does not match, the quality is soo poor. i submitted many product return forms still i got no reply from them.. i called 4 time [protected]/39 this number & complent. site it is 30days easy return policy and on that product it is shown 15days return policy. like what's going on with you. its a request to refund my money back or i will also file case against the company. I have registered a return complaint before 1 Month and there is no action taken by you .and when i call your customer care he says that it was 4-5 days process.if there is no action taken i will go to the consumer court. ok
