I have retruned the item which was weighing aroung 1.5kgs and in the governmen couries they didnt accept and even if i have to send through speed post they informed it would take more than 15 days. So i sent through the private courier which costed me 330/- . I can share my receipt with you. This is more annoying to me, , , Confirm me whether it will be refundable or not. First time i used this website. I am not at all happy with this website. Customer care people are disconnecting the without even understanding the problem.
