[Resolved] OnlineClues — Unethical behaviour, no response and want a refund | |||||
I have ordered a combo of london looks 3 men checkered slim fit shirts on 5 jun 2016 on onlineclues.com, i have received it on 10 jun 2016. When i opened the parcel there was a different combo of shirts with very bad quality shirts. Same time i have filled a product return form on onlineclues.com. Also i have mailed them on [protected]@gmail.com on same day of delivery for the return and refund of the product. Also i have called them many times on the contact no on their site but it comes busy all the time. Till now, 3 days have passed and there is no response from their side. I am very frustrated, dissapointed and irritated with their such behaviour. Now i only want to return the product and want a refund of my money. Please do it as soon as possible.
