I would like to inform you the the product i received from you is absolutely unsatisfactory and not acceptable. hence i would like to return the product and have my cash refunded as soon as possible. I received my order recently from onlineclues and was really disappointed. I understand a slight difference may exist between the product and the graphical image but the product i received was totally unimaginable and unacceptable. The parcel was a complete package of disappointment. And now they won't answer my calls or reply to my mail's.. Absolutely unprofessional.
