My name is chandra sekhar from hyderabad I have placed order through online for new dish connection.
I have placed an order on 06/05/2019 order no. #17118 and paid rs/-1299 for new dish tv connection. I received a call from customer care about multi tv setup box. Fisrt of al I dont have any dishconnection then What i can use multi tv set up box. So I cancelled the order on the same day. But till now haven't received nor i have been contacted by the service provider. No call is being received by the above mentioned number. Please resolve the case at the earliest. I have tried many times to contact the customer care no response from above give contact number. So please solve the issue.
