I've got honor9i mobile through this website but since i was not satisfied with the product i requested return the same day but till now nobody has come nor are they picking up the calls. The first two days they picked up the call and lied they've been trying to contact me and i didn't pick up when i never received any calls from them but and now they're not answering my calls at all. Kindly shutdown such fraud websites.

But i was not satisfied with the product and requested return the same day it was delivered on 14/2/18 with details below:
We are reviewing your request for order return. We shall keep you updated. Request id: rrom[protected]
But after that nobody gave any update and when we tried calling they're not picking up and when i sent message they're saying some technical issue but it's been 8 days till now no reply. Kindly do the needful

When I cancel my order, but the only mobiles does not gave my money from 5 march . I ordered micromax bharat 1 to 2199 rs. But when the process did not start then I cancel order.but the company does not gave my money till Now .
So I want help me .
