Oodoo Fiber — Full billing for unstable internet connection | |||||
I got Oodoo connection of basic plan (699 Rs) from July-2015 with account OFCHN1088750. I am staying at #10, Sathiyavanimuthu Street, Infosys backside-Sholinganallur. From the day we got the connection, we are facing connection issue everyday. Then we found cause of the issue that the connection is routed through a switch powered in another house. Due to this, I m getting disconnected everyday as the persons in that house will switch off everyday. I tolerated for 4 months, I gave complaints frequently regarding this. But no action has been taken. The connection issue went worse during the November month.I hardly used the service due to this issue. I got connection for maximum 5 days in the November month. How can I pay them for the whole month...??? Oodoo stopped responding me now. I have paid but I am unable to get the service. I don't know what to do now..:( Was this information helpful? | |||||
