The Internet Connection was disrupted due to cyclone Vardah in Chennai on 12th December, 2016.
Received an SMS after that, saying the services will be restored by 23rd Decemeber, 2016.
I have been calling the Customer Care everyday on the numbers provided, they picked up the calls only after multiple attempts to call.
Even after that everytime they would say that a technician will visit by evening and rectify the issue...

I got Oodoo connection of basic plan (699 Rs) from July-2015 with account OFCHN1088750. I am staying at #10, Sathiyavanimuthu Street, Infosys backside-Sholinganallur.
