Ibgot a call from open2 kart and they told me that my no is selected and he told me to purchase a combo of rs 1999 and i paid it after that he told me that i had received holiday voucher then i told him to exchange the gift with iphone then he told me to pay service tax 14% and i paid again rs 3640 on. 2/07/16 but after that i did nt receive any mail when i will receive the product or the tracking detail of product they had told me that i will receive product and gift within 5-6 days so plz suggest me what to do. order no:[protected]

Actually I got a call from open2kart that I won a gift, so they said me to buy a thing from their website and pay money to their account, so I deposited 2000 rupees in their account, then I again got their call that I won a 2night and 3day hotel room. Then they said me that if I need a dell 36000laptop, I have to give 14% of it means 5040 rs then I deposited that also. After that they are not picking up my phone.

Please help me to get my Money back

Mere sath v aisa hi hua 2900 ka induction cooker mene purchase kiya...Induction cooker jo model mene order kiya tha uski jageh per dusra model jiska price 2200/- hai wo delivered kra diya... Wo bhi defective... Call kerne per naa koi replacement di or naa hi mera refund...??? Id regret karne ke liye kaha then mera gift nikala sony led tv jiska price 40000 tha... Mujhe kehne lage k aap half payment ker do... Half product deliver hone per... Mene payumoney k through payment ker di (Half payment 12500/-)... Jab mujhe gift received hua to wo bilkul fake tha... Delhi made... Local assembled kiya hua... Striker sony ka laga ker de diya... Jo online pictures thi wo tv unse bilkul different tha... Mene receive nahi kiya... Same day mene open2kart ko call ki to mr. Malhotra jinhone mujhe gift offer kiya tha kehne lage k apko dusra led tv delivered karaya jayega... Abhi naa induction cooker or naa tv stock me nahi hai... But aaj 2 months se jyada ho gya koi call nhi or naa koi led tv mila... Or naa hi mera induction cooker ka replacement / refund diya abhi tak... So please help me...

Open2kart executive have call me regarding the website and ask to buy me the combo offer and told me that they will give me a assured gift of rs. 66000 and purchased the deal. But I didn't get the prize money instead they charged me rs. 23050 as security deposit for the gift.. So please help me to get back my money back, I have call open 2 kart customer care number many times but they didn't attain my call, the one who call me said his name as prabhat.. and said very soon he will release my fund but he too didn't received my call..

Open2kart is the serious example of sick indians, they are total fraud. They called me and said we are giving you compulsary gift with purchase of combo. You have to pirchase and pay from payumoney and then release tha payment. I did and said you have won mahindra gift voucher. And after the call ended i got a look at consumer complaints and then i decided to cancel the order, i called pay u money and they said me that sellers does not ask to release the payment, and then i called open 2 kart they said me that they will refund me in 7-8 days and now pay u money had emailed me and said that they will dispath combo offer in 2 days. Now i have said company to cancel and refund but they are not doing so, i think i am going to file an fir in the neares policestation and currently buying a domain www.open2kartfraud.com and will aware people and then i will also tell this story to journalist whom i know.

One day i received a call from open2kart and they are forced me to buy a product of worth 1199 and they assured a gift of 36700 after they forced again to pay 5210 ultimately i have paid both payment but they did not gave me any gift.after patment they are not attending my call sometimes they attend call but not able to assist and cut my call.all staffs of this company is totally theif and they are trying to steal money trom customers and run away.please assist me from such fraud company and anyone takes a hard step against this fraud company.my contact no is[protected].

Once 1 person named rahul sharma from this company called me and tell me that if i purchase some goods worth 3000/- i will be get an assured gift . After bought a product they told me i earned some 128800/ due to some contest and they will send me the money for that i have to pay some amount.

After that again and again they took money from me. For trusting purpose they were giving their personal mobile numbers too. All were working but at the time when i ask when i will get my money they always tell me that you will get it in 3 to 7 days.. But now they are not even picking my phone. All the mobile phones are switched off.

This site open2kart.com has been playing games since last 2 months whenever Ic all them to return my money Rs 1199/- for an order which i did not even receive. No reply on mails. First they responded by taking my bank details but now they are not even picking up the calls. If by mistake they pick up a call, they act as if they can't hear anything as soon as i tell them my name.

Three month ago i have received a call from open2kart.com. They told me they have launched new e-commerce website with payment tie up with payumoney.com. For your first order you will be eligible for an assured gift. and if you are not satisfied with our services. you can cancel your order any time. They made me purchase one item through his site. I made payment through payumoney.com. later they told me release payment through payumoney.com. I did. After my order I searched on Internet and found this is fraud site.and tried to cancel my order by calling these guys . But these guys are not attending... My contact no. Is [protected] plz help me
