    Hello sir/madam,
    Myself sneh c kareer and i ordered morephon blood pressure monitor but the amount was debit twice on a single order through paytm i got message from my bank i wont take this please refund my money back
    The amount which i am able to pay was 814 but i paid 814 + 810 =1624 which is unnessary a problem..
    Its my request that please refund 810 back or else i have to cancel the whole of the order

      I ordered accucheck active test strips on 26th october 2018. On november 4th i received a message stating tht product has been delivered although nothing reached to my address. I called customer care number many times and also wrote an email.. Nobody contacted me so far.. Not bothered about delivering goods for which money is prepaid. My mother is a diabetes patient and i am checking her blood sugar whenever needed. As the good was not delivered i happen to order in medical shop who bought for me tht same required. I think it is cheating company.. As the particular good was not available for delivery in amazon.. I happen to choose zotezo... Why r u unnecessarily wasting our precious time by quoting useless customer care number..

        I had a prepaid order of medicines

        I received less quantity of one product than my ordered and paid quantity. No refund has been done

        My order arrived after more than a week - for medicines they need to deliver faster. And that too they delivered after several reminders

        One of the medicines has been charged higher than the printed mrp price. They are making profit in unethical ways. You cheats!

          I ordered a dr. Morepan bp monitor from zotazo. The product arrived 2 days late and is not in working condition. I tried it after changing the batteries still it is not working. I am trying to upload a photo of the product in rma but cannot. It is not specified which file type is required. Tried the customer care but their representatives seem to be busy to take my call.

            Zotezo.com. This company take orders from public by displaying items with status "In stock". The customers pay full amount through net banking. Even after 15 days or one month they dont send the items purchased. When we contact they say out of stock and provide us refund option. But they deduct the shipping charges from the amount paid. Please look into this matter urgently as they are collecting money from public and using it for their business.             1. Please refer my purchase rder id : 100113042 order date : 10/13/2018 11:36 am for medicines and make online payment.

            2. It is requested that the items may please be despatched and delivered at the earliest. I would like to state here that i had placed the orders in good faith and not to cancel them at a later date as the items are required for patient.

            3. I have gone through a few reviews of your organisation/website/concern in a number of websites on the net. The reviews are quite disheartening to say the least. It gives one an impression that your organisation is involved in fraudulent economic activities by not honouring the orders placed through your website. It would appear to someone who does a little bit of in depth analysis that your organisation is involved in economic offences/large scale financialscam.

            4. Please be informed that in case of non materialisation/non delivery of the items for which i have placed the order vide the above mentioned purchase orders, i will be forced to initiate legal proceedings against your organisation under section 420 of the ipc besides filing a police complaint and informing the following to initiate criminal investigations into your economic affairs:-

            (A) the prime minister's office
            (B) ministry of finance (Company and corporate affairs)
            (C) enforcement directorate
            (D) directorate of revenue intelligence

            5. I shall also be intimating the sunday times of india that since advertisement of your organisation was published in their newspaper supplement life of new delhi edition dated 18 feb 18, they would also be responsible for being party to fraudulent economic activities. They will be advised to refrain from carrying advertisements of e-retailers not making 'cash on delivery' facility available to customers.

            6. The least expected from any organisation like yours is to ensure that calls made to customer care numbers are attended to in a reasonable time frame rather than not being attended to.

            7. Hoping for an early resolution of my grievances and feedback from your side,

              The shipment has already been shipped on last and we notified the customer accordingly with tracking id[protected] <www.delhivery.com> and the shipment has already been out for delivery on last 01.06.2018. But as per the courier status the entry was restricted so they wont be able to deliver the product to the customer. After that the customer called us on last 2nd asking a resolution and immediately we assured him that we will arrange the delivery after coordinating with the courier. After that on the same day the customer called us again around 4Pm and on that time we confirmed him that we already mailed the courier and they will arrange it based on the reply from the courier team. Later on as it's still on hold with the courier company he communicated with us via live chat and we again assured him and investigated the matter that why it's still on hold with the courier after giving us reply, and accordingly we are waiting for a proper reply from the courier so that we can deliver the product and can resolve the matter on priority, we also created a complain ticket [ZPO[protected]] on last Saturday (02/06/2018) immediate after getting the complain call from the customer so that it can be resolved. Please find the reference image.

              My order no on Zotezo was[protected].
              for a body massager for 700 Rs.
              On delivery i paid cash and after opening the parcel there was defect product.

              Numerous calls to customer support is of no help.
              This is a fradulent and bastard site selling .

If stock not there send amout back...when stock is not there why you are keeping products to sale. Send amout back. If stock is there send urgently the stock. We are using this app regularly.                 Customer placed the order on last 4th May and as due to some product related issue this product is currently out of stock with us so we have already informed the customer via mail on last 7th May that if he want he can wait or can cancel the order, accordingly we will refund him back. After that customer waited till 16th May and then ask to cancel the order. Accordingly we have already initiated the refund and confirmed the customer via mail that the full amount refund will be credited to his account within 2-3 days.

                    I was given an order to supply of a pack of 50 strips for use to test blood glucose with the dr, morfen glucose testing machine and its delivery was fixed to deliver on 17 november, 2017 but till time no response from the zotezo.com is received. I also tried to contact to customer care on phone no.[protected] two times but i could not success. If the time is note important to the zotezo then marketing/selling must be stopped and don't fool to the customers. If you are not able to supply the item in the time even given/prescribed by zotezo then you should not accept any orders. So that you are once again requested to deliver the item within time.

                      No details on shipping the order or any other update on order status, Tried calling the Customer Care hundred times, looks like fraud because everytime the call disconnects in 3 minutes and there is no response. Request whomsoever is concerned with Zotezo to refund the money.

                      Also, would suggest people not to buy anything from Zotezo ever, looks like a fraudulent website with irresponsible customer service.

                          Zotezo is the worst!! Don't buy!!!

                          Ordered hand blender after seeing times of india advt. I thought it's a genuine company. Delivered used product and their customer care is dead.. No reply to multiple mails.. Not a single call back on rma (Return request) raised on their site.

                          Their facebook page is also suspicious. Such company who has such bad reputation which can be seen by reading reviews on multiple site cant have so many likes on their page. It seems fradulent..

                          I am writing this to aware other people of such companies who are doing advertisements in times of india to lure people..

                              Your reply clearly indicates that Zotezo has no refund policy, buyers are being cheated with false promises and wrong information. The issue has been unnecessarily got delayed. NO transparency and no body answerable and responsible. There is no time frame in delivering the product and defective & poor quality products are being sent .

                              Offering Zocash points on purchase is another form of cheating as the same are never credited to buyer's account.

                              It is really strange and surprising to learn that the sellers on your site decide that sold defective product is good or bad, NOT THE BUYER to whom this defective item was delivered. Buyer has no right and all rights and decisions are reserved for sellers who can straightaway refuse the replacement/refund of defective item cancelling the RMA and user's claim. Zotezo has no responsibility and buyers are asked to contact seller directly.

                              There are certain well defined consumer rights in Consumer Protection Act governed by Deptt of Consumer Affairs, Govt of India which is being openly and clearly defied by ZOTEZO.

                              Its already one and half months since the product was ordered; earned zo cash must have been credited after the payment was made. As mentioned, zo cash expires within one month and its already 45 days but the same is yet to be credited. Someone writes that within 48 hrs, next one says another 72 hrs and so on, ...premises continue.
                              The defected item's RMA still pending and being repeatedly rejected on one pretext or other.

                              Is it a joke; you are making one after other. It seems Zotezo is in a habit of making fool of consumers.

                              What is this going on, its already 18 days since order was placed. From day one I am getting message to wait for 5 more days. on 18th you replied that order received and will be delivered soon. Record was created. SMS also received that it will be reaching soon. Again you are writing-out of stock-wait for more 5 days.
                              If the product was out of stock, same should have been removed from website or mentioned-out of stock. I check everyday and it is shown available.

                              Please mind it that I am not going to cancel; I have very well understood the game you are playing with your valued customers. Its enough and I am running out of patience. The matter may kindly be taken up with your concerned higher authority IMMEDIATELY and product be delivered.

                                This is regarding Qubeplex Insect & Moisquito Killer machine which was delivered on 11.03.2017 against order no.[protected] dtd. 27.02.2017.
                                On opening the pack, the machine was found with broken condition. The Pin of the machine was received with damaged condition and cannot be used.

                                I tried the customer care number[protected],[protected] but the number is continuously giving busy tone, or if you try calling them frequently, they switch off the phone. Anyone can try this out to know if I am right or not.
                                I requested to replace the machine with new one on email to [protected]@zotezo.com…. no response at all.

                                I hope these kind of bogus e-eCommerce sites should be banned from doing business. This is a kind advice…NEVER EVER SHOP from their site.

I think this is really a fake website and giving a good ads in leading dailies like time of India. Some one ha to take up this issue and avoid future frauds.
                                  I have ordered u/ ID[protected] during 1ST WEEK March, 17. I was delivered wrong parcel ie TIFFIN SET instead of QUBEPLUS SMART WATCH . I have registered complaint two times, they are saying will revert but no action taken. They have raised return manifest no C2497A6 ON 24MAR 17 . so far no action nor refund of the product

                                    On 20 february, 2017 i placed an order (Order #[protected] for aromatherapy oils totaling ₹1, 080.00.

                                    In the morning of 21 february 2017, i received an email from the company saying my order was packed and ready to ship.

                                    In the evening of 21 february, 2017, i received an email from the company stating that my order would be delayed because the product was not available. A revised delivery date of february 26 was given. I emailed the company for clarification but they did not reply.

                                    As of yesterday, i still hadn't heard from the company or received my order, so i logged onto their website and checked my account. It is showing that my order has been cancelled by the seller.

                                    I emailed the company asking as to when my money will be refunded. The company did not reply.

                                    I tried to call the company's customer service number today, but the number does not work. The call is ended before it even has a chance to ring.

                                    The company doesn't appear to have a functional customer service center.
                                    It has taken my money, canceled my order, and not given me a refund. I would like my money to be refunded asap.

                                      Ordered wellness products at Zotezo. Order ID[protected]. After a lapse of 20 days only part of products received and some orders cancelled . One item not delivered and complained about this. even after a week no response from Zotezo. No customer care at all and no phone is working . All the products are available better price in Amazon . Each and every product charged with Courier charges . Still after 25 days the company is not in a position to answer querry. Looks like a Bogus/Cheater company like 100bestbuy.Better to be away from this newly entered eCommerce portal ..

                                        I had ordered a induction cooktop from zotezo.com on 21 feb 2017 .after few days i got a mail that your product delivery would be delayed due to price mismatch .after that i havnt got any mail from them .i checked my account on zotezo.com where i found that my product has been canceled by the seller .so in that case money should be refunded to my account but still i havnt got my money .
                                        I have mailed them so many time and got no reply from them.
                                        The cost of the product is 4200.
