Oppo — oppo cheated me

Respected sir,
I would like to bring your kind attention on above subject issue, myself miss. Jayshree karguppi posted as a women police constable at worli head quarter, mumbai since last 03 years.

On the day 24th july 2019, i have purchased a brand new mobile of oppo company... I.. E... Oppo 11 pro from vijay sales, ghatkopar (E) wide invoice no. Gtl-s-si976 dt. 24.07.2019. Rs. 22, 588/-

Within the 07th day, i faced the problem of low voice in mobile while making a calls. So i went to vijay sales, ghatkopar (E) with my mobile and its bill. As advised by their executive yogesh.. “ that my mobile is not having a problem, an internal settings might be go wrong” he kept my mobile and going for about 15 minutes in the settings option and said... The technical expert & representative of oppo company came here today to get your phone and fixed. Till the time i am advised to wait for half an hour. Then he took my mobile with him for about 01 hour. After about 01 hour they gave me my handset back and said the problem is solved by technical expert of oppo… i felt happy and i went home from the showroom.

Then on the 15th day, i again encountered a problem with my mobile back camera... The camera was not opening / operating. So after compiling my duty hours i went to vijay sales, ghatkopar (E) and met yogesh. (Vijay sales representative) as usual, said "there is no problem with handset"... And again he continued to run with his entire team in my mobile’s setting options around 15min to 20min. Till then, i enjoyed the tv with my office friend to pass the time. After about half an hour he gave my mobile back and said that the problem has been solved by us. I was happy once more and i went home with my mobile.

Then on the 20th day again i had a problem with the front pop-up camera on my mobile, the camera was stuck in open condition and was not closing. As usual i again went to vijay sales, ghatkopar (E) with mobile and met yogesh. Again he and his entire team struggled to turn off the front pop-up camera with physical pressures and as a result, yogesh and his team handed over my mobile to me in a dead battery condition and said the problem was solved by us... Do charge your mobile battery at home. Seeing the time deadline & other pending works, i trusted him and i went home with the mobile in the event of a dead battery.

Then after reaching at home in the evening on the same day, i left my dead mobile for charging. After half an hour getting started turn on my mobile, i came to know that my mobile has a variety of new problems. Which are mentioned below: -

1) my device is automatically downloading new various applications.

2) detected in a hanging issue in the device.

3) the device was automatically calling the last dialled numbers.

Seeing all this, i can no longer control my anger and i fight with yogesh and remain tense so my family (My mother and family friend) went to vijay sales, ghatkopar (E) and met yogesh… @ 12: 00hrs

They discussed the same with yogesh and his entire team but they argued with my mother and they again kept my mobile for about 1.5 hours for checking... @ around 13: 30 he diverted them to the authorized oppo service center. My family had an argument with vijay sales, ghatkopar (E) and moved towards the service center.

On the same day @ 14:00 my mother visited oppo's authorized service center... And met oppo's their executive, they treated her carefully and after listening to the entire case and after checking all aspects of device... The executive told that the mobile has internal hardware problems, and only because of that you had to suffer so much. We are here to help you don’t worry we will replace your mobile with new one... However, after approval and advice from his superiors, the approval of the new mobile was refused at around 16:30 pm due to the following reasons: -

1) the device is carrying lots of water.
2) the mother board of mobile is got corrupted.
3) the other parts of mobile is got damaged.
4) the entire mobile and his other parts were got corrupted and damaged due to water.
5) the entire repaired cost is approx rs.15757/- wide estimate invoice no. Inmh128 dt.16.09.2019

Due to all these reasons and complete troubles and time wasted efforts, my heart got pierced and i have suffered a lots of mentally and physically stressed only because of your company’s defected and faulty device.

Being an honest public servant i feel a lot of stains on my uniform, which is not fair... I will bear this fruit against my honesty, for this reason, i have brought this complaint to your platform.

Please look into this matter and try to get justice to me...

I contacted the issue on mail but no yet response get by oppo.
