Orange Holidays — Worst Customer Support, No proper documents for money paid

Hello All, I am one of the Victims of orange holidays . Sales team of Orange holidays will lure you to take the membership they will be at the back of you till you take the membership .I have paid 15000 for 25 year holiday as I paid the amount they have neither given me any receipt nor terms and conditions letter.They have informed me that letter gets processed in Chennai and they will provide it in 15 days.5 months passed away and when ever I called they will come up with excuse and they will say you will get it soon .Initially they have informed me that I need to pay 700 per night for all seasons now they are saying 1500 per night needs to be paid during season.Whenever we call their customer care they say to check the details in website but website does not have any details customer care executives are also rude and never support you. I have booked for a free stay in kodaikanal on 27 th apr 20 days back but they have not given any acknowledgement or confirmation.When I called the customer care earlier they informed be they are going to confirm immediately but till today I did not receive any confirmation so we cannot trust these people and plan our vacation.It is better to use trip advisor and make my trip to plan for a vacation as they have plenty of options . Please do not take any membership from Orange holidays .one of the worst customer service I have seen in Hyderabad office regards
