They take 4-5days just to entertain your complaint even when you are paying them,
(2) do not resolve your issue
(3) extremely late service
(4)do not have a proper contact information by which they could be contacted
(5) they show to your house as late as possible
(6) and much more
Seriously they should shut the company and watch pogo.

No internet connection many times in a single day. Internet goes offline automatically for an hour or so for atleast 4-5 times in a day.
