The orange bus I booked was at 7.50 I went 3mins late and tried to reach bus 7.55 at Kotanur Math they don't stopded at least 2mins... The drviers are not good take an action on drivers bus number is KA51AD0546

    Very rude behavior. They come to fix the issue as if they are doing a favor though we pay for the internet. If we complain from to their local boss (dheeraj mate) who takes care of orange broadband business will take their side itself.

      Bonjour, I have brought La Fibre d'Orange on 28/06/21 with price 25000 Fcfa from the Playce shopping center office with your representative, Now I'm totally Fred up as since the day I brought didn't get any call even I called so many time to the representative that what happened It's not done yet and he cut the with answer that our technician will call you today.
      Now It's more than 10 days already gone and due to this my work hampering lot.
      I request you the team who seating behind support please help me to get it solve as soon as possible.

          I got fibernet connection from Orange Cable Network Sapra Complex Seminary Hills Nagpur, they took all the complete heavy charges for installation and all . We got it as our internet connection on sim was very slow and we had to attend the online classes and were facing lot of problems thinking that getting this would resolve our problem in this hard time . But instead it is increasing it even more. Even though now we have connection it keeps getting disconnected 20-30 times a day any time randomly and is gone for long long hours . When we try to contact these people at sapra complex they just say that they have registered a complain and will send someone now but whole day passes and no one comes untill we go to office by ourselves and ask them to come. They cause huge trouble the connection they have done are loose or god knows what and switch of that too is placed in someone else's house so whenever connection is lost we have to ask them to fix our loose wire . The person at sapra complex are very rude and inactive to help the customers its a terrible experience. They dnt even recieve our calls many times and while talking they hang up on our faces. This is creating a lot of problem for us kindly look into the matter and do something to fix it .

            I have paid the fees for the connection of WiFi since 5 days now...yet I have not received their services and whenever I used to call them they simply said that the connection is in process and they are sending their service providers for the connection to my house..

              Hello,
              I have taken orange info com connection internet connection, last week i have made payment and they have done wiring and they said they give connection next day but itna almost 4 days they are not responding.
              And continuously lying that the guy will come today tomorrow.
              Or false reson that they have emergency due to unable to send the guy for connection.
              Everyday am calling to orange info com for cennection details
              And every day someone from office is saying due to some emergency it's not possible to send the people for connection.
              3 days before one the member from ornge infocom said that the guy already left to my place for slicing and final connection.
              But now it's been 3 days no one reached here.

              At the time of payment they said without payment we cannot proceed need payment instantly but for connection everyday they have some or the other reasons.

              So, i don't have any further expectation from orange infocom.
              And i have asked them to initiate for my refund and cancle the connection asap.

                The main problem is speed of internet connection and the connection disconnected after each span of time.
                When we tried to complain about the connection lost problem, the provider always says 'kaam shuru hai', and most of the time he just switched off his phone. These are soo irritating.
                I have attached the ss of speed test where you can see the result.
                The uploading speed is less than 1 mbps.

                  We are facing lot of problems in wifi connectivity since last thursday. No one coming to see the what is exact problem.
                  They never pick a call. If luckily they picked it, give each other's name.

                  Very poor service, they are not giving importance to customer's time.

                        It's been 2 days my wifi data is off and 24hrs for complaint and stilll no response... I have been facing this issue from last 2 weeks and every time i call they have same reason that there is fiber cut. Not only for past 2 weeks but whenever i call them the use same reason. The wifi they provide is good but the service rather than that is worst.. Most of the time the wifi data goes off and then after registering complaint they take more than 24hrs to resolve it. Sometimes it feels like i pay them for nothing... Just because their wifi data service is good i am staying with orange otherwise i have many reasons to change the service provider...

                          My broadband service provider is orange infocom private limited, nagpur, maharashtra, india. My plan is of 4mbps 85 gb 500 rupess and 18% gst. =590 rs.

                          The thing is they have an online site which represents all user data like login time (Online time) data usage, package, upload, download, total, etc

                          On a certain day just after 3 days of purchasing the plan i found that it showing 18. 05gb of downloading in 27 hours of login time and 0.60 gb o[censored]pload. I don't think i used even half of that. And just then two days later upload usage were 5.93 gb and after that day 4.61 gb man wtf. I use only one device my laptop all updates are stopped and i don't even have any drive where i upload, all of do is surfing and youtube.

                          This is a complete scam they have something flaw in their software and i have seen many people complaining about stuff like this. A person just came by and was complaining about his full package of 50gb, all data was gone in one day and the speed was 2mbps. Idk what happened with that person. But it is sure that the company is fraud.

                            Orange infocom is a leading internet service provider in nagpur. I ahve booked 2 complaints, first on 19/04/2017 and second on 20/04/2017 as my internet was not working. No one visited my place for resolving the issue. When called in their office they said it will be resolved in 1 hr. The staff on duty said to go out and check for broken cables but he did not took the pain to come and check. When contacted nodal officer of company whose number i got from internet she said it will get resolved. 3 days passed but still no one has visited instead they have closed one of my complaints giving reason it was a wrong complaint. The company stops the internet as soon as the date has crossed which is true as per norms but they are not reimbersing it as its their fault. As the net is not working no data transfer has taken place which is whole and sole profit of the company. I think sales tax department Should verify these type of profits which company is making.

                              Many times server goes down.. They never pickup calls. Also registered complaint is taken casually. They dont manage the payment properly. And main issue is they wont give the actual speed which is given in the plan.. Like i use (10mbps upto 45 gb then 2mbps unlimited afterwards) but form starting of the plan i only get 300-400 kbps downloading speed... The biggest complaint is "they dont care about the customer's complaint". Also the internet goes off at night 10, 11pm and starts at 9, 10am most of the time. Planning to file a case on them.

                                They take 4-5days just to entertain your complaint even when you are paying them,
                                (2) do not resolve your issue
                                (3) extremely late service
                                (4)do not have a proper contact information by which they could be contacted
                                (5) they show to your house as late as possible
                                (6) and much more
                                Seriously they should shut the company and watch pogo.
                                Not able to open any hospital
                                software please connect to broadband as early as possible
                                All phone lines always busy??

                                    There has been 2 weeks since i installed their broadband service! Its pathetic!! Everyday there is a problem, when the wifi is not working, and they give new excuses everyday!!! These people are CHEATERS!! They take huge amount of money and give no service!! Beware!! Do not install this ever!!

                                      I have the internet connection from orange infocom nagpur. The franchisee holder of my area is very pathetic. Within every 2days problem arises in the network. The authorized person don't even bother to look into the problem after sometime he dont even bother to receive my calls. This is affecting my business a lot. I just cant let them go sine i have paid 3000 as installation charges and its been only 2 months. The person from head office don't take the responsibility. I am trapped with this installation payment.
                                      I am facing the same problem!!! I have given Rs.5000, and i am stuck!! Everyday there is a problem
                                      Also they are providing connection linked to previous house. So whenever there is a problem in the previous connection point the network in front gets disconnected
