It's been 2 days my wifi data is off and 24hrs for complaint and stilll no response... I have been facing this issue from last 2 weeks and every time i call they have same reason that there is fiber cut. Not only for past 2 weeks but whenever i call them the use same reason. The wifi they provide is good but the service rather than that is worst.. Most of the time the wifi data goes off and then after registering complaint they take more than 24hrs to resolve it. Sometimes it feels like i pay them for nothing... Just because their wifi data service is good i am staying with orange otherwise i have many reasons to change the service provider...
