Hi, on 14th november, 2019 i have booked a two bus tickets from mumbai to davangere through red bus. Bearing ticket number is : tnc[protected]
This is to inform you with a huge pain that i was suppose to travel in there bus from mumbai to davangere, catching bus from chembur but bus care taker went without picking up. It was just a matter of 2 minutes, he didnt wait for us. Even the bus also came 10 minutes late and am informing him to wait for 2 minutes but he didn't wait for us and we asked him to send his location so that we could follow him. But he said "aana hai tho aao me rukh nai sakta".
Am new to mumbai, and yesterday i had faced critical situation for travelling, we don't know what to do when our bus missed there and we continuously talking with there customer care numbers and related numbers, they are telling like there is no refund option too, we shouted on customer care number too.
Customer care kept me on hold for 23 mins 10 seconds and final didn't reverted back to me. Care taker's contact number :[protected] and customer care number :[protected]
Kindly help me to get my money back, for me rs.2, 205/- is a big amount. We believe in travels to pick the passengers in correct manner however with out proper communication with passengers they have proceed incorrect things. Its seems small, but effected person only knows actual thing. I expected refund from them as well "orange travels: have to take needful actions on this type scenarios without repeat again.
