We travelled on feb 7th night from vijayawada to chennai. Our bus came 3 hours late. We were standing on the road in the middle of nowhere waiting. What was horrible was, after a point they travels driver, manager and customer care stopped picking our calls. Finally they arrived and were unapologetic.
We pay so much and book ac sleeper (Lower) to get good sleep. Middle of the sleep at 4 am, we are asked to change bus, saying there was an issue with bus. But it was a lie. As people from another bus were getting into this. They didn't get interstate permit probably. And making us suffer.
In the next bus our seats were taken and we were ordered to take any seat. Finally we got one just behind driver (Which was also messy and just used by others) and suffered rest of the way with honking noise, reached destination 4 hours later than promised. Horrible experience!

Horrifying experience traveling with Orange Travels on 26th Jan from Belgaum to Bangalore, OTT 1046. The seats were infested with hundreds of bed bugs causing insect bites all over the body and sleepless night. Orange travels has not taken any responsibility in resolving this complaint despite repeated follow-ups. The customer care call seems to be an eye-wash with no substance.

This is the horrible journey and merciless journey which i have ever come across.

I booked the ticket from chennai to kanyakumari and the bus reached nagercoil and i was asked to get down at nagercoil @ 4.50am and from there a van / cab service will be organised.in spite of me briefing the driver and staff that am a lady traveling alone, as the bus mentioned to kanyakumari, haven't arranged any alternatives to reach home. And as we know due to winter it was extremely cold, chill and very dark.

Those merciless staffs haven't heard anything and left from there leaving alone, i was all along from 4.50 am till 5.45 am waiting there hoping alternatives will be organized but no one was even interested to do their duties.

This is really atrocious. I am going to file a consumer case against this pathetic service of orange travels and please no one use this travels. Unprofessional travels. You guys never see the safety and security of the female passenger?

* i want to know the action taken and also i want the compensation for causing me physical and mental frustrations which lead to health issues.

Why are the drivers waiting for so long and why don't they have the support and authority to leave when a passenger is late? Are we just trying to keep a single passenger happy? Horrible way to run a travel agency 0/10. I need compensation for my delay and the noise that kept my 9yr old awake.

I have booked bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 01st Jan 2020. While getting down at Rammurthy Nagar, Bangalore i forgot my mobile in bus. I got one mobile number from operator at Orange travels but the number is not working at present.

For dec 2019 27th and 28th we have booked to and fro service from hyderabad to shirdi and vice versa. Suddenly on 27th morning w receive a call from there call center saying there is some technical issue in the bus we booked and if we are interested they can reschedule our bus. We told them that we will call back and in 10mins. And when we call them to our surprise they said the same bus is going.

The second part... return from shirdi. Again on 28th morning they called up the same way and said our return bus has been cancelled and they want to confirm tickets in other bus. This time we didnot wanted any surprises. So we immediately told them that we are okay with it but we need one double side bed as we have a child with us. And this time... the horror is for almost an hour or more we had to repeatedly follow them up for confirmation, due to which all our schedule got delayed and many of the planned things we couldn't work out. And finally got 3 single seats.. As our kid cant sleep alone we are forced to use only 2 seats and adjust ourselves.

Such a pathetic service and no coordination between themselves.. what to say... Worst travels i have ever experienced

Your drivers stopped the bus around 6.30 a. M and nearly 300 km towards hyderabad, and they didn’t gave answer properly. They told us your ticket money will be refund and you can go to hyderabad by anyway and we don’t have alternative service. Is this the way to treat passengers.

Anyway kindly refund the ticket amount rs.997/- at the earliest

I strongly suggest that this kind of irresponsibility and fraudulent service provider license should be cancel.

I traveled from bangalore (Karnataka) (Friday, 29 nov 2019) to armoor (Telangana) (Sat, 30th nov 2019) and my bus number is ap16tj6963 and ott number is 1057. I forgot by specs in bus on seat no u2 (Upper sleeper) and informed driver for the same, he told that you will collect the spects from marathalli office but after that i am trying to contact a driver but not able to connect to any particular person. Please let me know how i will get my spec?

Came to receive a parcel that came from nagpur, first - the bus was almost and hour and half late and the executive lady there was so lazy, she didn't even called the driver for over an hour after i asked then after the bus came, the parcel guy was not there, when asked, they said 'he will come after taking bath' seriously guys, don't go for orange travels for parcel delivery.

I had booked orange tour and travels - bhopal to pune. When i reached the destination to board the bus from minal residency gate number 2, i couldn't find the route and hence called the driver vinod kumar. Driver seems to be drunk and started talking rudely. When i cut the phone, he called me again to misbehave. I called orange tour customer care and they told me that the bus has been cancelled. They have not provided me any prior information about the cancellation.

This pathetic service and rude behaviour of their drivers is very shameful.

I bokked a ticket from mysore to kavali at 14th nov time 6.15pm
They come late and didnt give another seat that i booked
They wakeup at midnight and transfter to another bus in banglore..
Actually we book for volvo but they give us normal bus
And actuall destination that need to reached is 5.30am 15th nov. But they get us at 9.00am 15th nov
Even i call to coustmer care they didnt responding

Hi, on 14th november, 2019 i have booked a two bus tickets from mumbai to davangere through red bus. Bearing ticket number is : tnc[protected]

This is to inform you with a huge pain that i was suppose to travel in there bus from mumbai to davangere, catching bus from chembur but bus care taker went without picking up. It was just a matter of 2 minutes, he didnt wait for us. Even the bus also came 10 minutes late and am informing him to wait for 2 minutes but he didn't wait for us and we asked him to send his location so that we could follow him. But he said "aana hai tho aao me rukh nai sakta".

Am new to mumbai, and yesterday i had faced critical situation for travelling, we don't know what to do when our bus missed there and we continuously talking with there customer care numbers and related numbers, they are telling like there is no refund option too, we shouted on customer care number too.

Customer care kept me on hold for 23 mins 10 seconds and final didn't reverted back to me. Care taker's contact number :[protected] and customer care number :[protected]

Kindly help me to get my money back, for me rs.2, 205/- is a big amount. We believe in travels to pick the passengers in correct manner however with out proper communication with passengers they have proceed incorrect things. Its seems small, but effected person only knows actual thing. I expected refund from them as well "orange travels: have to take needful actions on this type scenarios without repeat again.

Earlier there was a good impression on the service provided by orange but now it’s completely reversed zero customer satisfaction. I was traveling from Hyderabad to Chennai for my visa interview the bus was canceled and even on my return journey, I was told the bus is canceled a the last moment. It is such mental stress to the customers and very unsatisfactory experience with service. We missed all our schedule because of the delay.

This is prathyush Kumar yesterday I travelled from Pune to Hyderabad.
Actually my stop is from nigidi-rudra parking waited for half an hour.
Then I got call from orange travels wakad near srs travels.they said that bus is not avaible from nigidi.book a cab and come to wakad its cost for 135rs.they said they will give but till now I didn't receive and they are not lifting my cal also.

Please suggest me what to do

Dear sir,
We have been observing the cost of bus tickets since last 2-3 years they keep doubling every day.
There is no restriction on these ticket cost. They increase the prices on every festival seasons and as per demand of searching by people.
So every day the normal cost goes from 500-800 for non ac seater tickets and the sleeper and ac bus costs goes beyond 700.
How can a common man bare these ticket cost during emergencies and festivals.
Is there any restriction that government can bring. For those operators benefits they are pushing charges on us.
This is not fair, i demand justice on this as my half income goes on tickets.

I was traveling from orange tours and travels 5007 (Bus no. Mh40bl1499) from pune to nagpur, the scheduled time to reach to nagpur was 9:30 am but the bus reached to nagpur at 5:15 pm in the evening. Also, bus was running too slow all the time, driver seems to be careless about passengers running out of their time. The stoppage of bus was pathetic, no one can feel like going to the washrooms there. One was the washroom near the toll which was drastic but we didn't have any other option but to use them. My drop point was ashirwad theatre, but dont't know where the hell bus has dropped in the name of ashirwad theatre, it took an hour more by my relative who were there to pick me. Seriously!! The services offered was not worth the ticket fares charged.
