I was travelling from bangalore to hyderabad via ott 1055 sleeper on 25th october 2019 night. The bus was 2 hours late and even after that i did not have a seat to sit for 40 mins as the bus was dropping some passengers. Even in hyderabad, my drop was at lakdi ka pool but the bus dropped me at aramgarh and saying it will take another 45 mins for a bus to come which will drop me at lakdikapool. I took a cab to my home. I wont prefer orange again and will make sure no one in my connection uses it.

This is to bring your notice that hyderabad based travel operator “ orange tours and travels “. I have booked a ticket for my family to travel from madurai to hyderabad on 20th oct 2019 (Sunday). My family members are wife and two daughters (Aged 14 and 5 yrs). They started their journey from madurai on 20th oct 2019 afternoon by 3.30 pm. Ticket was booked thru goibibo and booking gobusand317277aa86 dated 17th oct 2019. Orange travels...

My self being a doctor complaining about rude behaviour of driver and conductor towards me in view of bus timings, actual bus is scheduled at 9:45 from manipal but the bus started 5 min early and by the time iam reaching he is moving without stopping and spoke rudely over the phone, if the issue is not taken seriously iam going to lodge a complaint in a bigger scale

Baggage is booked via cargo services on 19th october'2019, but not yet received. Escalated this issue to many people but no one is responding. I paid 400 rupees for next day delivery. Orange travels charge so much but no proper service is provided. Irresponsible staff, they don't attend calls, left my work and continuously back of them since hours/day together still there's no appropriate info. Will never opt this service again nor suggest any one.

But one guy called from [protected] to my mobile number [protected] and told that pick up van is cancelled, please come to madhinaguda opposite south india shopping mall @4:30 pm. My actual bus is scheduled @5:45 pm. Within the short period need to travel means it is not possible if traffice is heavy. Taken ola cab and traveled to madinaguda from madhapur, for that he charged around rs 300 inr. This is not at all fair. Totally i traveled in orange bus from 5-oct-2019 to til date 3 times. 3 times the bus started around 1 hour to 1 hour 30 min late. Want to escalate the same to orange travels. Unfortunately for diwali also booked in same orange travels only. Im facing so much issues with orange travels like they are not maintain punctuality at any cost, and in last moment they are telling pickup van is cancelled and sharing message to board main bus in short period of time. For that i need to spend much money to reach boarding location. Please refund my 300 rupees

I booked a ticket in orange travels from attili to hyderabad dated 20th october 2019 for my wife and kid. The bus got stranded in the middle and the driver and conductor left us in the road with out even caring for providing any alternative. Customer support is very rude and is shouting on us saying thay they dont have any alternative and nothing can be done.
If these are the standards the operator is maintaining regading the bus quality and customer support, this traveller is unfit for operating a bus. They should be ashamed of themself and it is more of a cheating than failure. I am never going book a ticket from the operator again and also would be spreading word of mouth feedback on this filthy bus and service to the extent possible.

I booked 2 sleeper seats in orange travels to travel from kakinada to hyderabad. I was allotted to bus:ar024648
Service no:ott - 167. The upper seat 8 and 9 are allotted to me, iam traveling with 2 kids. There are no steel rods for our upper seats, i asked the respective people of the bus they gave very reckless answer the every bus come with different seats and we are not responsible for that.

Driver contact [protected] for ur journey hyderabad-kakinada on[protected]:45 pm, the given time for me is this and i got call at 8:20 itself saying that where are you bus came already and moreover told that i am late. And the a/c vent has holes so the cooling is more.

Worst travels very cleverly looting the people and canceling the services all of sudden. We reserved around 7 tickets from hyd to shiridi and shiridi in a week advance through paytm online bus services to a specific timing. While going to shiridi all of sudden i got a call a day before that the requested service was canceled due to technical issue and they asked us to travel by alternative service which is another timing and they didn’t provide us the requested seat numbers and gave ashok seats what’s available. We r traveling with kids. We need to adjust ourselves for the timings and travelled while coming back also the most panicking experience. On the date of return travel we were in temple and left all mobiles. After coming back from temple @05.00 pm on the same day that again the service what we chose was canceled and we need to opt for a bus at 06.30 pm with no choice and provided us all the last seats which caused lot of inconvenience to all o[censored]s on that night travel. Customer care people are reluctant to log a complaint also. They said they will refund the amount in 5 days if we r not ready to travel. However, as it was sunday and we were all supposed to resume to work on monday and it was a short notice we didn’t have any option to rush back

My children studying in manipal university regularly take your sleeper ac bus from bangalore to manipal.
Just recently i took the bus to and fro and the bus was completely infested with cockroaches. It is noticed them coming out from under the seats, ac vents and just about every corner.

Please understand that trying to travel, let alone sleep in presence of such inconveniences is just about impossible and extremely traumatic.

This is not only just a major health hazard but also a primary health standards violation and i can definitely take this issue up to the consumer court and surely advise all fellow batchmates, friends and family against using your services.

Keeping in mind that you will get past control done and fix this issue immediately i would like to request you to refund all the amount for my current travels.

Hi, i booked a sleeper from hyderabad to nellore for my brother who was a doctor.
The service number was ott - 145, and there came a pick up bus with ott-107 at miyapur.
So when he entered the bus and he sat in a seat, the driver (M. Raj kumar) was shouting that he should not sit there so then again he changed to back seat, again he keep shouting saying you cannot sit on your interested seat and all stupid crap nonsense he started to spell, when my brother became angry he started to keep shouting saying complain to whom ever you wanted nothing will happen to me. So he called the customer care immediately and said everything to them, when the customer care asked to give the phone to the driver so that they can have a word with him even with the customer care he was so rude.
You guys can understand if he was that much rude with a customer care you can understand how much rude he was with my brother.

Even when he was getting down the bus to shift from 107 service to 145 service he was shouting my name is m. Raj kumar go and complain to whom ever you wanted to, no one has dare to pick a hair from my head.

I’m the son of a joint director and i don’t want to make this issue so complicated so i’m letting you guys come to know what happened exactly and this type of behaviour with passengers is not entertained.
I thought to follow the bus and get to the driver with a huge slap. But that’s not the right thing to go with so i was complaining formally.

Be in my brother place and take what ever action is necessary and let me know what action you guys have taken so that as a customer i will be satisfied with your service.

It came 1 hour late. I kept my patience and boarded the bus. After 2 hours it met with accident. All the glasses were broken, driver said to get down in midnight and board another bus. I went in another bus with my infant baby and then driver saying bus is full. We waited for bus another 20 min then finally one bus came and i boarded. Till time i reached bangalore it was very late. My infant baby was all tired hungry and cranky due to this orange bus transport.

There is no safety
There is no punctuality on timings
They provide careless service
Nobody cares for women safety in midnight with infant

Your ar025357 bus driver is a pervert. Such a shameless creature putting his hands on girls. R these kind of drivers do u have? He will for sure deny it only the girl knows that he really tried touching her. First go through proper selection of drivers. Remember this is not something for attraction. Only because u want ur travels reputation to be there don't create this as a stunt for attraction. Take serious action on him. I won't destroy ur reputation.

I traveled in many travellers but oranges traveler was one of the waste bus i have travelled i waited for more 1hr 45 min for the bus. No proper communication to the traveler. It wasted me so precious time. Waste to travel in orange bus. I want my money return back for wasting my time and everything thing. Please provide proper coustmer services to every one

Bus from pune to surat, had no charging ports in the working condition. When inquired about the same to the conductor, he was least interested in even answering back. After asking multiple times, he made the effort to talk and said nothing in the bus works and then laughed it off. With this kind of behaviour from the staff, i do not expect any response or action from the company, however, i would suggest choosing better operators for a comfortable journey. I was travelling from ahemdabad to pune drop point being padmavati parking.. I was not dropped at drop point instead was drop at wakad.. On top of that ur employee tejas at wakad assaulted of murdering me with bad words.. Please take strict action or else i will file police complaint against company n it’s employee..

I am a frequent traveler in a travel job. I had booked a bus ticket from jaggaiahpet to hyderabad on 31/08/19 in orange travels at 6pm (Kl63d3327). Bus operators called me & informed that bus will be delayed by 30 mints only. I was already waiting at the mentioned boading location (I. E. Opp to venkatesai food plaza, jaggaiahpet bypass highway) but bus didn't come even till 7pm. I was constantly calling them but there was no any good response...

I had booked bus from hyderabad to dharwad which was at 9:45 pm. I was alone and it was raining and the bus operator didn't maintain the timings at all. I kept waiting. I kept calling customer care but they didn't respond. They simply put me on hold. The bus driver was simply saying 5 mins everytime. Nobody was ready to take responsibility. The bus finally came at 11: 15 pm. I kept waiting alone till then. I want refund for this issue. This is a sleeper bus and it is very dirty. Curtain is not available for my seat. When asked the bus conductor, he is saying it is not his problem. The bus fare is 1600 rs and the service is third class. Please stop this bus service and get my refund.

We travelled today from pune to hyderabad. The experience has been extremely bad. First of all when we boarded the buses the previous travel passengers were already there and their leftovers were not cleared even after they left. Also, the driving too rash. I was sitting on the front seat and wasn’t able to sleep for even a second. The driver kept honking for no reason whatsoever and was very loudly talking over phone most of the time.

Overall a very uncomfortable journey.
