I was travelling from vijaywada to hyderabad on 05th may2019. Received very bad service at vijaywada orange bus stop from bus driver, staff and customer care people.

Bedsheets on my berth were dirty and smelling. When i asked staff for replacement of same, didn't get any support.

We were supposed to leave from vijaywada at 11.55 pm. Bus broke down due ac issue. All passengers were stranded there till 12.45 am. Even after so called resolution, ac is not working during travel.

With same regards, i have had discussion with your customer care, there also didn't receive proper response or resolution.

As per booking time of boarding was 9.50pm from pune, I received msg that bus will reach early and boarding time will be 8.50pm on 1sr April 2019. But till 11.55 pm bus not reached. I wested 3 hours. Useless service. No punctuality.No calls attended. Toll-free number useless. Harassing to passengers. Never go by this travels

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have booked a Non AC Sleeper bus ticket from Tadepallegudem to Hyderabad on 21st December 2019 bearing Ticket ID – 2219C4K; PNR –[protected] seat no.s are U14 and U15. The bus is scheduled for departure atTadepallegudem at 08:30 PM. I had reached the pickup point at Lakshminarayana Theater, Tadepallegudem at 08:15 PM and waited till the bus arrived.
I am very much disappointed with what happened to me with Orange Travels. I had paid the tcket fare or Rs 1260/- for both the seats. I am completely dissatisfied with the service provided by Orange Tours and Travels. The following are the issues that I have faced during my journey with Orange Tours and Travels:
1. I was asked to pay an amount of Rs.150 by the driver and support staff of the bus for luggage which I am carrying with me. I have denied to pay as I have a valid ticket with me and if any extra amount to be paid for I luggage, I asked to a bill/ receipt.
2. I was told that if bill/receipt is required, I have to pay Rs. 400/- for the luggaue.
3. I was not convinced the luggage charge asked as the baggage that I was carrying is a Total Station which is of 12 kgs. And the same was carried from Hyderabad to Tadepallegudam in Orange tours and travels bus on previous night.
4. Driver gave me a customer support number on my request and I tried the no. [protected] for five times but none responded to the call.
5. Later the driver asked to give atleast Rs.100/- for him but I didn’t give him.
6. He threatened me that he will not allow me to travel with the baggage as it is an electronic gadget. I was helpless and shocked with his words. He told that I have to pay Rs. 350/- towards extra luggage and took me to their local booking office from my boarding point.
7. The supervisor there at the booking office heard to driver and asked me to pay for extra luggage.
8. For 2 seats that we booked in the bus, the luggage that I am carrying is with in the limit of the terms and conditions of the company which was given along with the ticket and also mentioned in their website.
9. The supervisor wrote a LR with no. TPG/O/19/00042 and gave a slip to me asking to pay Rs. 374/- for luggage.
10. Without having a weighing machine and measuring the weight, he just wrote 12 Kgs where the actual weight is approximate 10 kgs.
11. Without any help from the customer care when tried to report this issue, I could not get connect to them.
12. As they told that they will leave me and move away, I have to pay the amount of Rs. 374/- which is unacceptable. As per their terms each seat booked can carry upto 15 kgs, and I have booked two seat for which I can carry 30 kgs.
13. I wasted 45 minutes in the cold along with the luggage carrying in hands.
14. Even after paying the extra luggage amount, I was asked to keep the luggage in my seat but not in the luggage cabin.
15. This is a great humiliation and mental agony that I have underwent with the rude behavior of the driver and supervisor.
16. Next day morning I, spoke to customer care and reported the incident where they apologized for the incident and clarified that I was not supposed to pay any extra amount.
17. I also visited their office at Suchitraon 22nd December 2019 and explained the issue to one of the help desk in person, they assured that the issue will be resolved in one day but I did not get an update form them till date.

    We were 6 people booked tickets from punganuru to hyderabad on 5th may 2019, the bus was supposed to reach at 10pm. At 9:20pm i had called to a number provided by make my trip and spoke to the cleaner (For sure not the driver) informing me that it will be delayed for more 15 min. That’s it since then no phone was working and no response from driver and cleaner. We had requested them to stop at a hotel as my parents were old aged to get on the way. At 10:41 i had to stop the bus literally otherwise they would have skipped us very easily and on top of it they were claiming as they were about to call. The local agent of punganur called me and conferenced with some agent name mr. Vasanth and he happily told us to complaint at any place and they can’t do any thing. First time i am writing such complaint, if nothing happens with this post i will approach the commission in person. We paid rs1500/- per berth where other travels charge very less. For paying high price we got good lesson from orange. Awaiting acknowledgment please

      I booked a ticket from kolhapur to bangalore at 10.00 pm bus.. I was waiting at boarding point for three hours.. Till 1.00 i didn't get the bus. I tried to call the driver but he was not reachable. I tried all other customer help number no response at all. I don't know to speak hindi or marathi and i was standing in the middle of the road.. Even the driver didn't call me... I paid rs. 2500 but i didn't get the bus... My mother is in hospital now i am traveling in some other bus in seater... So i need my money refunded to me... Since it is a huge money for me... I should need it for treatment... So please i request u to take steps refund the money. I am very much in pain.. So please let my money refunded back.

        Hi

        I have booked a ticket from hanuman junction to hyderabad and pnr number for reference is 92759116. Schedule arrival of bus was at 10:15 pm on 1st of may. There was no message detailing about driver number or service number. Upon calling customer care they informed me that service number is 122 and will arrive around 10:30

        Waited for 1 hour i. E. Till 11:30 pm and there was no clue of bus. When enquired with other bus driver from same travels he informed me that there was no service with number 122 today and it was cancelled. Bus driver gave a number of a agent i. E.[protected] and when i called on that number that guy simply hangup the call stating to check with customer care.

        Tried to call customer care for 1 hour and no one attented the calls.

        Finally called red bus customer care and they tried to contact them and even they too didn't got any response from them.

        Never book a ticket from this useless and fraud travels.

          My father was travelling from bhimavaram to hyderabad. The stop was informed as petrol bunk undi road. There was another girl waiting for the same bus. Bus crossed rashly almost over my father when he was showing the hand. And stopped a 5km away. Above that the drivers phone was switched off and he didn’t even attempt to call back. After catching the bus the driver talked very very rashly and used worst language. And customer care wasn’t taking my complaint. They were saying there is no back up team to take complaint. Never ever going to associate with orange travels again.

          The A/C container metal shield sound is horrible. Not getting sleep. That shield is just beside to U8, getting irritated.
          Please repair it ASAP so that customer can sleep peacefully.

            Hello there,

            I am vinod, i am in a journey from bangalore to manipal. According to the booking itinerary, i was promised to provide personal screen. During the journey i asked the cleaner about the tv screen, he said it won't be turned on, in a rude way.
            I made booking into this bus, because i needed a personal screen in the bus. This is making me regret booking such a fraudulent bus fleet.
            Then i called goibibo, seeking a solution for this issue, they asked me to give the phone to the cleaner/driver. I did as said. But no improvement. According to their conversation, they said they are said not to switch on the screens.
            If this was the scenario, why do you guys make fake promises just for booking a bus?
            Well, i'm not gonna leave the matter here. You people don't even have an idea how influencing my social media handles are.
            I need an honest answer asap or else, i will take it to all the social medias.

              Oil leakage at power steering, worst experience. Bus break down at beside highway almost 1 hour, no action from travels. May be my journey was delayed 3 hours if it is happened I missed my business deal so I will loss my 5 lakhs profit. It will impact on my entire family.

                I am travelling to bangalore to chennai in date 18-04-19 at 11:59 pm from bommasandra bmtc bus stop. But this driver is not picking call and after 1 hr delay he called and saying that i cannot come to your stop. He is stoping bus 1km far from my bommasandra bmtc bus stop and telling i will leave and go like that, talking very very rudely.

                  10:50 pm timing
                  I had pick up point from madivala by 9:pm but due to the traffic couldn't able to come so got a cal from driver and he informed me to come anand rao circle race course road by10:50
                  I reached by 10:20 to pick up point and asked about the pick up point of orange travels he said go straight but we couldn't find the location
                  And driver didn't pick the cal
                  After 10 min he called and said to come to yashwanthpur metro
                  When we reached yashwanthpur metro he told come to theatre
                  Which complelty wrong guidance and not proper conversation before talking to driver he was disconnecting the cal
                  This was pathetic experience in my life i ever had

                    Date of travel: 13th april 2019

                    I travelled by ac sleeper bus which was direct bus, not having dinner stop as you mentioned in ticket, supposed to reach pune @8am.

                    Driver stopped bus 3 times enroute and after questioning him, behaved rudely with passengers.
                    In morning, at the gap of 2 hours, he stopped bus twice.
                    I am regular traveller and rate your service, best in the class, but today i disappointed and i will think twice before opting you as a choice in future.

                    Boarded the bus and took my seat, but all 2 seater and 1 seater sleeper are stuffed with people and looked like farm house chicken packed in vehicle.                       12 april travelled from thrissur to bangalore ac sleeper bus at 11pm. Bus was late, driver was very rude, unprofessional, raising voice and making fun with all passengers in tamil. 2 drivers thinks passengers doesnt understand tamil. Dint stop anywhere even for toilet purpose. Apart vehicle was so horrible with lots of sounds old vehicle. Passengers were not comfortable and couldnt even sleep. Charging high price on tickets on cant provide good service. My number - [protected] kapil.

                          Boarded a bus from surat to pune (7th april 2019) and i had very bad experience with orange travels.

                          First driver simply denied carrying more luggage (4-5 bags) in bus and charged extra 400 rs for the same. I booked bus through redubs and jahangir hospital was clearly mentioned in drop off location however driver dropped us off at katraj instead of jahangir hospital and he even didn't provide any info regarding van services up to jahangir hospital.
                          Worst experience i have ever had with orange travels. I will never travel through orange bus in future.

                            Recently i had boarded a bus from bangalore to manipal on 5th april.

                            The ac in the bus wasn’t working. Many other facilities like tv, and water bottle snacks, clean blankets and sheets were not provided. I had found insects in my blanket. I booked two tickets in seats l5 and l6 and it costed my 2800₹. I would expect my journey to have basic amenities paying this amount. But to my surprise the ac in the bus was not functioning and the windows were sealed so we were almost suffocating and faced discomforts to a very high level. When asked the driver he didn’t respond and didn’t feel responsible. The journey was extremely disappointing as the bus was in a hopeless condition. No ventilation caused the bus to stink and everyone sweated profusely. I feel cheated having paid for an expensive ac bus but had to travel with no air. I am firm on some action to be taken as this was extremely disappointing. I want a compensation.

                            Please look into this matter as it was extremely serious for customers who had to suffer to such an extent.

                              Sir me booked in redbus for organge to coimbatore on 7.4.19 night 10 pm from puducherry. I am surprised to see that one mini van is picking up from puducherey and stopped in villupuram hotel annamalai residency and standing here for past 1 hr but the bus still not arrived. Please mention clearly in the website wheteher it is redbus or orange at the time of booking itself rhat only mini van will pick from puducherry and only from villupuram the actual boarding point.. Dont make the passenger annoyed and being standing in the middle of the road.. Want an fruitful action and report on the same otherwise all the private bys players will face serious consequences.

                                  Never again will book orange travells...booked pune to Hyderabad departure time Delayed as arrival also delayed, we Booked this trip for weekend where we have two days to spend time with family as i should return sunday evng, orange travells ate my Saturday half day why the hell i should plan weekend trip yo family i don't understand...it costs me 2200 to book bus waste of money..i regret booking orange travells

                                    Ticket number - tn [protected]. I tried reaching mobile numbers provided in the message multiple times. I kept on receiving multiple messages with updated contact details and nome of the umber worked. I tried reaching customer care also. They did not pick up. I kept receiving messages saying technical reasons, operator numbers are updated. But none of the numbers worked. The numbers were switched off. After an hour from the pick up time i was asked to come and board the bus at the last pick up point in next 10 minutes. When denied, the bus moved on. I want a refund of the ticket amount of 730 rs.

                                      The company is cheating customers with wrong information. They are doing fraud with the brand value. I booked tickets for a journey with patient & new born. I booked a direct bus after confirmation but they changed the bus to a non AC. The customer service was giving wrong information & Bus staff was rude..! I convey that I’ll continue to share this experience & fraud business of Orange Travels in every possible forum & media.
