We had booked onward (10th may '19) and return (11th may'19) tickets from vanasthalipuram to rajahmundry and vice versa with orange travels. On the 10th, mother and me got text msgs stating the bus tracking couldn't be done as our numbes were unregistered, whereas we had registered both our nos. Called the customer care, who gave me the driver phone no., supposedly?? Called the no. To be told after few calls that i had to dial a different no... Called up to speak with the driver, supposedly, who shouted at me rather than empathizing.. I had two senior citizens travelling with me.. Weren't even being given the exact pickup point. The travel agency person had asked us to wait at a particular pick up point, ans we had waited for an hour only to be told by the driver/ conductor that that's a wrong pickup point. Eventually we were picked up.

I was travelling with 2 senior citizens. The travels didn't even have the minimum courtesy to keep us informed about the delay. When i first called up, was being told the delay would be for about 30 minutes, which just got renewed everytime i called up. I was being told that there was some leakage in the pipe, wherein the driver didn't want to risk our lives. There was no backup plan to handle this kind of a situation. We understand certain unexpected failures, but the lack of minimum courtesy is really shameful.. We are humans, not goods!! Would the travels have waited for us even 5 minutes, had we been late due to some reason or other??? I would want this issue.. Errr... Sorry these issues to be taken seriously, please...

I booked a ticket from Gannavaram to Hyderabad on the 10th April. The ticket was cancelled due to bus breakdown before journey. I was told that full amount will be refunded. Till date no credit is made. PL look into the matter and do the needful.
