Never again will book orange travells...booked pune to Hyderabad departure time Delayed as arrival also delayed, we Booked this trip for weekend where we have two days to spend time with family as i should return sunday evng, orange travells ate my Saturday half day why the hell i should plan weekend trip yo family i don't understand...it costs me 2200 to book bus waste of money..i regret booking orange travells

    Ticket number - tn [protected]. I tried reaching mobile numbers provided in the message multiple times. I kept on receiving multiple messages with updated contact details and nome of the umber worked. I tried reaching customer care also. They did not pick up. I kept receiving messages saying technical reasons, operator numbers are updated. But none of the numbers worked. The numbers were switched off. After an hour from the pick up time i was asked to come and board the bus at the last pick up point in next 10 minutes. When denied, the bus moved on. I want a refund of the ticket amount of 730 rs.

      The company is cheating customers with wrong information. They are doing fraud with the brand value. I booked tickets for a journey with patient & new born. I booked a direct bus after confirmation but they changed the bus to a non AC. The customer service was giving wrong information & Bus staff was rude..! I convey that I’ll continue to share this experience & fraud business of Orange Travels in every possible forum & media.

        Good morning. Service no.3001 was stopped in between karnataka boarder. Driver say that bus was breakdown and customer care people say that permit not there to travel upto pune. It is completely difault of orange travels authority and more over my sister daughter is travelling in that bus to pune seat no. C3 by name b vyshnavi. She is having final exam today in pune. So we are ready to move to consumers forum for redressal. Authority behaviour also not good and worst also

          Pnr 12778592 hyd to amalapuram

          Driver and helper made this bus as city bus after gudivada town allowing general commuters in to bus and collecting money. This is continued till amalapuram town.

          Bus was to reach amalapuram 8.00a due to this it has reached 9.30a.

          Up on questioning driver & helper gave rude replies and according them this money is being collected with the notice of orange travels management.

          I wonder how a travel gaint can do such silly things.

            I booked ac bus from nagercoil to bangalore. Bus reached my location 15 mins late.. And then i saw soo many cockroaches and small and middium sized bedbugs were moving here and there... Comparing this gov.ac bus is far better... Worst service from orange... What if happens small bedbug enter my ear.. It sounds funny... But what if it happens like that!!! I payed 1300 #worstexperience #wasteofmoney...

              Hi - my ticket was cancelled when i placed a request for modification. When i called the call centre they said they are sorry about it and the money would be refunded back to my account. Its almost 20 days and they money is not refunded. When i call the call centre they say i have chosen option of voucher. Tell me who on earth will chose option of voucher for inr 5500 when you don't know when you wll travel again by bus. Website talks about prompt response and customer service i have written 3 emails and nobody bothers to respond. I need my money credited to my account.

                This is reference to my travel from cochin to bangalore.

                The seat was infested with bed bugs!!! Full night i couldn't sleep. How can the seats not be checked for bedbugs?? Whole night they were biting me. This is just not right!!! We are paying money for a comfortable journey, it's the duty of the bus to check these things. It was torture last night.

                Good buses don't have bed bugs!!! Where's the trust if the buses are not clean and the customer has to suffer through the journey?? So dissapointed.

                I emailed orange bus travels and no one has bothered to respond.

                I got dropped @ 4.12 and immediately after getting dropped .

                I tried reaching the Coimbatore Office but no response.

                I used to travel regularaly in Orange and travels.

                  I booked a single lady tickets from bangalore to trivandrum in orange travels. As per the instruction i reached in their office 15minutes before. It was a night bus. There are many buses were waiting, and usually driver will call and confirm. But this driver didn't call. When i enquired again @9.02pm. They said bus already left. And one person agreed to pickup.. Other bus was just before us and the driver was not ready to stop the bus.. This makes me mentally upset, as many nirbhaya cases are happening in india. Then when i shout at him over the phone, in panic situation. He disconnected the call. Then i contacted their office and they stopped the bus after 2.30hrs. When i entered into the bus, the driver and conductors behaved with me in rude. The bus number is 1015 of orange

                    I was travelling to nizamabad from hyderabad on 7th march 2019, my boarding point was jubilee bus stand secunderabad, i gave a call at around 6:00 enquiring about my bus, it was informed by the customer care executive that ott-88 got cancelled so shifting you to bus ott 1022, later was informed that ott-1022 dint come to jbs to pick up the customer, as driver was not aware about it, i was asked to go to a different location about 3-4kms away for boarding the bus, paying from my pocket for auto fare. I want refund of rs100 for the fare i paid. Its just torturing the customer.

                    This travels bus service from Bijapur has very nice driver who chews gutka and spits it on the faces of passengers while the windows are opened (in summer) and the bus is running. Thanks for the special system maintained by orange travels to keep the passengers awake..

                    At least try to train your staff by looking at VRL travels

                          I am travelling from hyderabad to vizag by ott-51, air conditioned sleeper bus right now. The carrier & crew were good. But the restaurent "sri tirumala family restaurent, rayunigudem" at which the bus halted for dinner is worst. Food is cold, no proper food items of common interest like plain, curd rice, chapathi served with curry on order at additional pay, not hygienic, no healthy summer beverages like butter milk, lassi, varieties in ice creams available with them, udage of toilets are charged. The customers may fall sick with the food consumed from captioned hotel

                            Hi team,
                            I have travelled from pune to bengaluru last saturday night. They have taken my three bags and for 4th they have took me to the counter in wakad pune. The bus left without pickup although the pune orange travel staff has told to wait him. Worst behaviour and very pathetic behaviour of this. Unneccesary i have paid bills to book cab and which was not reimbursed by bus in spite of their faults.

                            There is very bad smell in bus of blanket, bedsheet and there is no dustbin.

                            Dinnar time is too less.

                            Very worst journey i was having.

                            Very rude behaviour for the customer.

                            0.5 rating from my side.

                              We are travelling from hyderabad to mangalore on 23.2.19 it's been very bad experience seeing the hotel for having dinner we dint expect the standard of the hotel was worse no one felt to have dinner at the place when asked to driver about the place he replied this is the only one on this way i suggest not to travel on orange travels all passengers were disappointed kindly pls look on to it and hope search for better hotel for dinner

                                Driver not applying breaks when it comes to speed breaker he as taken with same speed and my seat was last jump imfact was to high due to that two times my head touches to top and informed driver to apply break but he was talking rude he is asking to come driver this is way he behavioured with passenger. I have been travelling in orange travels several times but this was first time please update me else the message will be published in all communication to people to aware of orange travel Service we have not travelling in govt buses. Hope u got the message.
                                Took the bus from hyd to chennai.. the bus broke down even before it started the journey .. N took the technician over 3 hrs to get the bus running ... N to top it all no one informed us about anything or they didn't have a stand by bus to take so we had to just wait n wait .. very disappointing .

I enquired about the bus the staff at wakad replied that it will be late by 15 mins. Hence i went nearby for snacks and retured at 7 20. Still the bus was not there so i enquired at office again and i was shocked to hear from them that the bus has left 5 mins back. I asked them why they didn't call me and without my checking in how come they...

                                  I am wondering that i am alive to register this complaint against a bus driver of orange tours and travels. I was travelling in my car from trichy to chennai on 18/02/2019 (Monday) early in the morning. A bus named orange travels (Reg no: py01 cs9366), had tried to pull my car aside on high speed without any indication. By gods grace i applied my brakes immediately after he exhibits his madness. It was a narrow escape for me and my family, otherwise it would be a big disaster and we would have been dead by now. I really intend that the orange tours and travels should take severe action against the driver. I will escalate this complaint if it is simply been ignored

                                    I am so upset and disappointed with my last itravelling by booking orange travels. Bus was late to reach boarding point more than 1 hour and 4 hours delayed to reach destination. As per the bus timings bus should reach in cochin at 9 am. But we reached at 1 o clock as 4 hours terribly delayed. This was my worst ever experience. I had to attend a function at 10 am in cochin so i travelled. Because of the late reach i could not attend the function and i literally lost my travel plan. I am not going to book orange travels again and my feedback will be shared with my friends too.                                       Hi,

                                      I have booked a ticket today i. E on 14th february, 2018 from hyderabad to visakhapatnam and the pickup point is nizampet at 21:35. I was waiting since 21:20 but driver didn't call me and left boarding point, when i called the driver i got the rude response that my details are missing in his list and he is not going to come back to my boarding point (4kms away) to pick me up

                                      After half an hour asked me to come to lb nagar to board the bus

                                      After 45 minutes got the update that the refund will be initiated and assured that i will get the full refund in 24 hours

                                      Seeing all this, how can i trust orange travels for my next journey/depend on orange travels for my future journeys

                                      Please initiate the refund for the below 3 pnr no's asap and make sure it doesn't repeat again

                                      Bangalore to Coimbatore - 14-02.19
                                      To start with I would say overall it was awful and pathetic customer service and never thought crew had behaved such a worst manner in spite of request from our end and no information provided from crew regarding the drop timings.

                                      The entire India aware about the Bangalore traffic and we got stuck near to Kormangala due to heavy traffic and multiple traffic lights we couldn’t able to reach the pick point on time @9.00 pm

                                      We have reached at travel office at 9.10 PM but the bus were departure and we have contacted the bus driver and he told that bus will be stopped near Silk board.

                                      We have rushed over Silk board but bus was left from there. Finally no bus ticket available in all the private bus and we came through Government bus via Salem. We have spent 3500/- for bus ticket and the same was lost.

                                      Kindly review and consider the situation and refund the amount. No proper response from customer service and also in office at Kormangala.
