I am so upset and disappointed with my last itravelling by booking orange travels. Bus was late to reach boarding point more than 1 hour and 4 hours delayed to reach destination. As per the bus timings bus should reach in cochin at 9 am. But we reached at 1 o clock as 4 hours terribly delayed. This was my worst ever experience. I had to attend a function at 10 am in cochin so i travelled. Because of the late reach i could not attend the function and i literally lost my travel plan. I am not going to book orange travels again and my feedback will be shared with my friends too. Thanks to orange travels for making my day super than ever. Attached is my ticket for your reference.     Hi,

    I have booked a ticket today i. E on 14th february, 2018 from hyderabad to visakhapatnam and the pickup point is nizampet at 21:35. I was waiting since 21:20 but driver didn't call me and left boarding point, when i called the driver i got the rude response that my details are missing in his list and he is not going to come back to my boarding point (4kms away) to pick me up

    After half an hour asked me to come to lb nagar to board the bus

    After 45 minutes got the update that the refund will be initiated and assured that i will get the full refund in 24 hours

    Seeing all this, how can i trust orange travels for my next journey/depend on orange travels for my future journeys

    Please initiate the refund for the below 3 pnr no's asap and make sure it doesn't repeat again

    To start with I would say overall it was awful and pathetic customer service and never thought crew had behaved such a worst manner in spite of request from our end and no information provided from crew regarding the drop timings.

    The entire India aware about the Bangalore traffic and we got stuck near to Kormangala due to heavy traffic and multiple traffic lights we couldn’t able to reach the pick point on time @9.00 pm

    We have reached at travel office at 9.10 PM but the bus were departure and we have contacted the bus driver and he told that bus will be stopped near Silk board.

    We have rushed over Silk board but bus was left from there. Finally no bus ticket available in all the private bus and we came through Government bus via Salem. We have spent 3500/- for bus ticket and the same was lost.

    Kindly review and consider the situation and refund the amount. No proper response from customer service and also in office at Kormangala.

      I have read many of those customer bad experiences yet I boarded a bus of Orange travels as last min travel and paid heavy price in the end by getting sick. Driver and cleaner doesn’t understand the word customer service, they still retain their previous truck worker attitude and doesn’t care about the passengers. They didn’t provide a blanket nor let me take my own blanket from the luggage compartment and made me shiver overnight in the winter cold. When the bus stopped for the breaks I requested and begged to open the luggage compartment to grab my blanket but they gave a damn about it and deaf on heart.

        Hi my parent travel from pune to ankaleshwar on[protected] their seat number are l2-l3 bus number gj01ht-0753. When they reached their destination then the conductor said that your luggage is not in the bus but they remembered that they that plcaed my parent luggage into the bus but one more thing they havent provide any slip due to lack of slip so they mark seat number with chalk on to luggage.

        Request you to please look ino this as many expensive thing were in their luggage. Please do the needful

        If not found then who will pay for the lose.

        Today my dad coming from rajahmundry to chennai sleeper bus L16, in that cabin plug point socket is in damaged condition and hot air comes from broken socket directly to face, he is unable to travel in this situation, driver and attender boy didn't take care of his inconvenience
        He has using ugly words, rash driving, I didn’t stop vechile while eating. He didn’t wait to take my lagguage. Not safe driving. Tire is blasted but he didn’t stop and check the tyre also. And misbehaving.

          If you can't make the services correctly, shut ur #ing company and stop your services completely. This is the second time that my ticket got cancelled (Within 2 days) before my journey saying some stupid and # reasons. Di you think that the people would never know that why you are cancelling the tickets?

          Just because your bus is not completely full, cancelling the tickets who already booked a long time ago. # your company.# your orange travels.

            My family (6 members) were traveling from nagpur to pune. Driver was drunk and still driving very fast. Bus met with an accident causing one women death and many severe injured including my family. Bus service men as well as the service provider were not so helpful during all the medical procedure!
            I need all the medical expenses and ticket refund from orange tours and travels!!

                Traveled from bangalore to palakkad.. All of sudden at 3am dey are waking us to change bus at tirupur... D passenger's from other bus wit pondicherry registration boarded our bus n v boarded their bus and continued traveling in opposite directions. Dey have some permit issue or something... Idiotic fellows charging 1400 per ticket n doing des kinds of dramas for 7 hours travel..in tat waking us middle of night.. V had 4 years old kid... It was lik traveling in general compartment... D second bus v boarded all are used bed sheets by d others passenger's traveling in opposite direction.

                  I had to travel from chennai to thrissur on january 11, 2019. My boarding point was perungalathur but they shifted my point to urambakkam in the last minute. I reached urambakkam on time and stood for 2 hours. I tried to contact the driver’s number and the customer care number given in the ticket but no one took the phone. After long hours of waiting the driver called and told that bus have already taken and is ahead o[censored]rambakkam (10 km ahead), and i was asked to travel late night to the bus stop. I didn’t board the bus due to driver’s negligence, i want refund. First time i had faced such a situation in orange travels. The next day on january 12, i had to take flight to cochin almost 12000rs loss because of orange travels.

                    I was carry small box of oil bottle for home use from my native coimbatore to hyderabad. While boarding i inform this is oil box keep safely. They are not inform anything about parcel charge. Inbetween at the place in hosur, they suddenly came to ask parcel charge rs.300 and give bill, oil cost is rs.500, but parcel charge is rs. 300, they not put weight. I[censored]r policy like this u sould inform before that or u should inform at least while boarding but u r doing this type of activity is like equal to theft. And they are not give any bill for that amount.

                            This is to share an irresponsible & ruthless behavior of orange tours & travels night duty staff at anand rao circle booking point. He mentioned his name as karthik, with i'd number 116 h (Refused to show orange or govt. I'd for name).
                            Original bus boarding time was 00:45 hrs. Received info from customer service that bus would arrive late by 40 mins & shall reach by 1:20 am. It was freezing outside the this person shut the shutter & made passengers stay out in this cold weather. On asking to open the door, he denied saying his work time is over & to get any further info from customer care. What type of customer service he is providing? Even after 1:30 the bus is expected to reach an and rao circle after 20 mins. I had to force him either you talk to your reporting people or police to sort this issue. All passengers including me sat inside the booking office telling him we will leave only after bus arrives. Then you shall leave. Being the in charge of this point, it is his responsibility to get proper info to the customer & see to that if boarding happens if customer is in his place. He wanted to wait in the nearby bus stop & enquire to the bus deliver or customer care.

                              I was travelling on the 7th of jan 2019 from chennai to hyderabad - orange travels - your journey details: busno: ar1g4152, serviceno: serviceno: ott - 50, seatno: u10, contact no: [protected]
                              The cake they gave in the snack box had fungus on it.. Luckly i did not take a bite of it.. Pls check the attached photo file confirming the same. I called up the cs team once i reached home.. But the rep kept saying that i was going to be receiving a call from orange for a feedback.. But i did not receive one yet..

                              One more consern here i could not charge my phone it kept saying it was a high voltage on my phone as i kept it plugged to the power socket..

                                  The bus ride was very uncomfortable as the driver was trying to cover the lost time due to ac belt snapping. Also we saw cockroaches. Pl use a disinfectant periodically. On the way back from goa to bangalore on 25th december 2018 evening the bus driver was lying on the location that he was already in the bus stop opp to hp petrol bunk. Being new we were struggling to locate while he reached late. When the women in the bus had gone to the toilet and got delayed by a few minutes the driver was using fowl language. Also he refused to reduce the temperature and was losing his temper. He had locked out the bus during break and some passengers were trapped inside who got up late. I don't understand that when we pay much higher tariffs than other buses. We also expect much better service and courteous staff.

                                    Hi sir/madam,

                                    I booked the ticket from chilakaluripet to bangalore on 9th nov 2018. But that bus got break-down near karnataka state border. You didn't provide any transport facility to reach our destination, but we arranged our own transport to reach my place in bangalore.

                                    We spent total rs.526. Please reimbursement for this journey from your side.

                                    We called customer for the apology and decision...! But customer mobile number was not reachable on that day...! So till now we havnt had a conversation...! Any how we are initiating to processing refund of Rs. 526/- today. You can contact Redbus for further assistance.
                                    Sir, I am using cargo for importing goods from Bombay to guntur. For 180 kgs your Bombay agent had charged 2400/-. If it is a mistake please retife.this is now the first time I am using cargo in your travels. For bag u r charging only 350/-. Please retife the mistake.thank u sir

                                      This is to inform you near by nandyala stopped your bus due to back side bering problem i have given complaint to customer care but they said wait for 10 min will update feedback in your driver driver also not responded again again ask to drive what about my payment he said already me also complaint management given refunded your money

                                        Actually i booked bus service from chennai to coimbatore on 14-dec-18 which started at around 9.15 p. M. From perungalathur. The busreached coimbatore at 4.00 a. M and i requested the driver to stop the bus on the same way where the bus travels. But the driver denied to stop the bus to drop me. As a customer i am very disappointed. Bus no:kl63d2457 service no:ott-2007

                                        All Omni busses charging nearly 300% of their nominal cost and even after reduction of diesel price they have not reduced their cost. Kindly taken immediate action
                                        And he behaves not good.he shout on passenger.we request for that.but he said.go and complent to customer care.he said weare not responsible all that..
                                        I think it is worst tarvels in the kalburgi route.
