My ticket number TS9X25602597. It has to start from patancheru station at 9:30 PM. I am complaining now at 12:05 AM. Still bus not started and we have baby of age 20 days. We don't have nothing to eat. After 3 hours of demanding driver to start, he is saying battery not working. Interesting thing is this is starting point of bus. If you don't pay penalty for our struggle we are ready to file complaint. We have all passengers with us....

I have booked ticket through goibibo app for Orange travels from Eluru to Bangalore and changed my journey date from 4th sep to 5th sep through customer care. When I am changing journey date the person who attempted my call on 2nd sep at 9.52 PM didn't inform me that after modification of ticket one time, cancellation is not possible.

Now because of some medical emergency when we asked to cancel ticket customer care team is...

I had booked a ticket from Guntur to Bangalore on 4th August 2023 bearing PNR No.[protected] to travel on 7th August. Unfortunately, the bus got cancelled and got a message only today, i.e, 7th August 2023 at 10.35 AM.

This is not the first time the bus being cancelled at the last moment. When contacted the office, I was asked to reschedule the travel in a different seat (From lower berth to Upper berth). This is most ridiculous...

Below journey is not happened due to bus break down. driver and call center persons told the same 1 hour before boarding time and automatically money will be refunded. I did not get any refund till now.
customer care persons telling always, money will come back but no result. multiple calls and email sent.

While traveling in an auto, I encountered a situation where an Orange Travels bus collided with the auto from the side while it was parked at the bus stand. The bus didn't stop immediately after the collision and continued for about 10-15 feet before coming to a halt. Bus conductor and driver of number 1715 has no sense of professionalism, according to them they can open the curtains of passenger sleeping at anytime they want without asking before. Also they are ready to argue and mis behave because according to them they will not be asking before opening the curtains.
If you people are not going to take the action, I will have to got to consumer forum and I won’t even think second time before...

I am traveling from pune to hyderabad in Orange tours and travels bus (OTT 200, start time: 9.00PM)
Due to lack of maintenance, bus tyre got burnout and break got jammed in the night 2AM near bhighwan (90 km from pune).

Traveled from Pune to Hyderabad in orange travels bus on 13/05/2023.. the bus came late by 45 mins and dropped Hyderabad 3.45 hours later than scheduled arrival.. bedsheets and overall bus was dirty and full of dust. I travelled from Orange tours and travels from Pune to Bangalore, experience was very worst. As per policy I carried luggage for some wheat flour and which was below 20 kg. As per policy we can carry 15 kg per person and me and my son was travelling. After ticket they have charged 403/- for luggage. And reason they have given it is very unlawful. Your service is very poor, you guys charge for an AC Volvo sleeper and the driver does not turn on AC and runs the bus by turning only the blower on. Despite of repeated complaints to him, he turns the AC on for 5 mins and then again runs on blower.

I was feeling suffocated and running out of breath coz of this. If you guys dont have money and want to save diesel, dont run the service.

I am travelling from chennai to Hyderabd, I have booked sleepr bus 2 seats, after sleeping some time i found water started leaking from AC and I have told driver and he made arrangements to shift me to next seats but after 15 min again water started leaking into beds. During booking ticket from orange they shown bus pictures are very different luxurious in reality provided worst bus Karwar to Bangalore. The bus providing very old buses with full of vibration and chattering sound.
The maximum speed 80 as I checking on Google map very uncomfortable. A/c sleeper very narrow.

The sleeper clothing's were dirty. not washed .

Bus hygiene was not good & smelly.
After paying 1800+ Rs, no hygiene is maintained in the bus.

Pathetic condition.
Henceforth I will not prefer Orange travels....
