but the bus failed before 20km Solapur. around 4:00 AM

the driver was not helpful not able to provide the alternate arrangement to the female passenger

Worst bus service ever. Deserves a negative rating. Never ever book this service. My mother a senior citizen took bus from bangalore to hyderabad. The bus was delayed by over one hour. We tried reaching all the customer care numbers but none got through. So she had to just wait with no clue when the bus will come. The dropping point was madinaguda near orange travels. They abandoned my mother at Shamshadabad which is 45km away from drop off point. They did not intimidate anything. The driver just fled after dropping all passengers. We paid extra Rs.1500 to bring her home in a taxi. We just get a call from an unknown taxj druver that he is droppjng my mother and we have to pay. We gad no otger optikn than to agree as tge safe return of my muther was top priority. The taxi driver told usafter dropping mymother that this is a everyday issue. Seems like there is a tie up between the auto taxi wala and the bus travels people. We placed a complaint.And requested for refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
So far no action taken. This case is worth being registered in a police station.
This travel is a big SCAM. Beware of this orange travels.

I already given complaint on 3rd oct. on orange bus regarding damage of luggage bag & stuff inside bite by rat in bus, but problem is not solved. no reply from otange travels, no compensation .

It was very bad experience with orange travels. I have booked a ticket for the Nagpur to hyderabad at 10 oct 23. First thing bus start to nagpur one our late and it reach hyderabad two our late than bus driver stop the bus out side of city and go down thet point. Bus will not go inside of city. And they are talking very rudely with me. I had to arrange for go to city. Its very ridiculous. So i recommend to any body who want travel in orange travels so plz dont travel whith orange travel. I will complain to rta.

My daughter travelled from hyderabad to banglore on 2 oct through orange bus, after reaching her hostel room she saw bag and stuff inside is damaged by rat. bag was kept in bus backside dicky.i complaint & msg orange travel, they taking it lightly, they just message as opology & not repeat again. my costly bag & stuff is damage. i need rs.10000 compensation from orange travels.here i am uploading the photos...

No communication from the operator on the fact that the bus was under repair even after I made 15 calls after an hour of struggle to reach out to the driver, he picks and tells me that the bus is under repair and I should speak to the operator. Tried that and I was asked for the PNR number and then the call got disconnected and it happened three times. Even here, this is the fifth time I am typing but your app doesnt allow submission of requests. Worst service ever received in life.

Literally I cried for the Orange travels services.. Driver shouted on passingers (on me) I must be there in hyd for an important work, I was late 5 to 6 min I requested the driver to wait just 5 min so that I can catch the bus but he said come to next stop so I came to the next stop with sufferings and lagguage and I called the driver and he said I just crossed the stop 2 min ago.. Y he can't wait for 2 min and he was very very rude and shouted on me and on my sister also Due to orange travels I missed to get the best opportunity to my carrier, I lost my ticket money, bus, my energy, and best opportunity to my Carrier Moreover they are shouted on me.. Driver was like 'evaritho cheppukuntavo cheppuko em cheskuntavo chesko', Not only driver another person who is from orange travels staff.

My ticket number TS9X25602597. It has to start from patancheru station at 9:30 PM. I am complaining now at 12:05 AM. Still bus not started and we have baby of age 20 days. We don't have nothing to eat. After 3 hours of demanding driver to start, he is saying battery not working. Interesting thing is this is starting point of bus. If you don't pay penalty for our struggle we are ready to file complaint. We have all passengers with us.

I have booked ticket through goibibo app for Orange travels from Eluru to Bangalore and changed my journey date from 4th sep to 5th sep through customer care. When I am changing journey date the person who attempted my call on 2nd sep at 9.52 PM didn't inform me that after modification of ticket one time, cancellation is not possible.

Now because of some medical emergency when we asked to cancel ticket customer care team is saying cancellation is not possible which is ridiculous.

I, Mudupu Pocha Reddy, age 27, booked a ticket from JBS Hyderabad to Adilabad on August 23rd, 2023. The given time by the travels to pick up is 6PM. I started at 5:30 PM from my location and due to heavy traffic in the city I reached just 10 mins late. (The whole world knows how the traffic situation goes in all metropolitan cities specifically in office timings.) I was in contact with driver during my travel time and I also personally requested him many times to wait for just 10 mins. I reached at the given location by 6:10 but the bus was already started. I contacted the driver again and requested him to wait then and there for just two minutes so that I can trace the bus but he said that bus will be not stop and said me to follow the bus. Just imagine how can I trace the bus in the same traffic with an auto. I was exhausted with his behaviour and requested them to return my money. They simply rejected my call without explaining anything. I had planned an internal political meeting to sign on a project for upcoming general election where I failed to attend the meeting just because of this travel. I request the consumer team to please look into my query and do the needful. Thanking you!

The blankets are very smelly, and when asked about them nobody responded properly

I had booked a ticket from Guntur to Bangalore on 4th August 2023 bearing PNR No.[protected] to travel on 7th August. Unfortunately, the bus got cancelled and got a message only today, i.e, 7th August 2023 at 10.35 AM.

This is not the first time the bus being cancelled at the last moment. When contacted the office, I was asked to reschedule the travel in a different seat (From lower berth to Upper berth). This is most ridiculous and they cannot ask me to travel in a choice of their own, It is unfair trade practice.
I was also told that the refund would take 3 to 4 days. When the bus is cancelled, they should refund the amount immediately as I would have to book in some other bus and putting us in lot of problems.

If the amount is not refunded immediately, I would approach consumer forum...

Below journey is not happened due to bus break down. driver and call center persons told the same 1 hour before boarding time and automatically money will be refunded. I did not get any refund till now.
customer care persons telling always, money will come back but no result. multiple calls and email sent.
can you please do the needul.

While onboarding the bus from hyderabad to vijayawada with my 2 year old in one hand and bag with another hand, driver did not wait until we reached our seats which are upper sleepers in the middle of the bus.Myself and my 2 year old almost hit the steel rods while falling.So I went towards the front to driver with great struggle and explained him my problem.He apologized and I came back to climb the upper seats assuming he would stop or slow down after explaining him.Yet he increased the speed and with lots of struggle I climbed onto my seat.Immediately called the orange customer care and requested for a change in driver as the current driver is very rash and I dint feel safe.No respone or further action taken by orange on the situation.I dont know writing this issue here makes some difference or not as orange travels can bribe to any extent in government with their influence.but attempting with a hope that there are still genuine officers who cares for public safety

An orange sleeper bus from Amala Puram to Bengaluru has failed which required me to pursue alternative modes of transportation.

While traveling in an auto, I encountered a situation where an Orange Travels bus collided with the auto from the side while it was parked at the bus stand. The bus didn't stop immediately after the collision and continued for about 10-15 feet before coming to a halt. Very careless driver take strict action of him.. what if the collosion would be so strong... And i am going to even complaint in the police station about rash driving

Bus conductor and driver of number 1715 has no sense of professionalism, according to them they can open the curtains of passenger sleeping at anytime they want without asking before. Also they are ready to argue and mis behave because according to them they will not be asking before opening the curtains.
If you people are not going to take the action, I will have to got to consumer forum and I won’t even think second time before taking this case to court.

I am traveling from pune to hyderabad in Orange tours and travels bus (OTT 200, start time: 9.00PM)
Due to lack of maintenance, bus tyre got burnout and break got jammed in the night 2AM near bhighwan (90 km from pune).

At the time of bus starting from pune itself, bus is having issues and it's not giving the pickup. But bus driver and staff ignored that and resulted in mid night all the passengers ( kids, aged person's, and others) get down in panic mode and standing in road side.

RTO Team and they discussed to arrange the other bus. But, the customer service and bus staff not done anything.
During the discussion with customer service, they are telling bus needs to come from hyderabad and no alternate bus is available till 10 Hrs. Also, they told if we want they will give refund and serch alternative arrangements on our own that to middle of the road and at the time of 2AM.

Finally, driver did something to remove jam from break. But the smokes are not stopped. With the same conditions we are travelling to hyderabad at a speed of 30-50kmph.
Still we about to reach hyderabad. We have called once again customer care for arranging bus from jaherabad. But, they told it's not possible.

It's a big pathetic condition and irresponsible behaviour of entire orange tours and travels.
Please help in removing the license of travel agency.
