Ar023641, ott15_slp, seat:l1, i have boarded this bus on 7th july 2016 to travel from hyderabad to kakinada. let me share my experience/feedback on this journey. the bus driver and attendar is so rash while speaking to customers, they are not giving any value or respect to others. for example, the bus stopped at vijayawada near to the tea point, both driver and attendar having tea, while seeing that i get down from the bus and took the tea, the moment i started having tea, the driver started buzzing the horn continuously, when i request a minute not considered the request left me alone there and moved the bus to some distance. immediately, i left the tea and run behind the bus to catch. the moment i boarded, driver is saying you have to bring your own tea and have it inside the bus, we cannot stop just for you. it's a matter of 30 seconds, that to i get down when it was stopped in front of the tea point. the attendar is so rash while speaking, he is saying this is not your home and if you want to complaint on us, please go ahead we don't care. as per my knowledge, during night time we should not buzz the horn instead use dim the lights especially sleeper class buses. but in this bus it is quite reversed. i didn't sleep whole night because of continuous buzz the horn. therefore, overall i am unsatisfied with this journey with orange tours and travels. hope you will look into this feedback and mitigate issues highlighted.

    I booked a bus ticket on orange tours and travels from bangalore to tirunelveli on 24th june 2016. I put my pickup from bommanahalli. But they didn't picked me up. They told me that they have left me and they are waiting in hosur toll gate. They asked me to get orange travels bus which is going to cochin and asked me that you'll get your bus. We were sitting in the cabin and travelling. But my bus didn't wait and left. This cochin bus left us at salem bypass and left at 4.00 am. It was a horrible night and we got the normal government bus and travelled so on.

      Sir please look into my matter and do justice which i will be ever great to you
      I booked a ticket 0n[protected] my reporting place is marathahalli l visit your office at 10pm after waiting 12 am i asked your staff about my bus which i booked sleeper class. After 10minutes your staff told bus is cancelled. Really i am shocked because i am suffering from ortho knee problems doctor advised me not to travel in semi sleeper or seating position. Your staff rushed me to travel in semi sleeper which causes me for heavy pain. That time in the mid night i have no source so i travelled in semi sleeper. I the iwas admitted in the with heavy pains an i was under treatment till now. Because of your neglency and malafield practice. I lost my valuable tender. Please do justice which i will be ever great full to you.

        I had booked a sleeper bus, thursday 16 th june from the last pickup point from bangalore to hyderabad at 11.40 pm. Like a good customer that i am, i showed up at 11 pm to "report half an hour early". The bus drove past me at 11.45 pm and did not stop. I frantically began calling the number redbus provided along with the ticket. It was a landline number and there was no response. I called up two other friends and asked them to call redbus or orange travels and find out what’s going on. Not only was i alone on a not so friendly road. There were several lecherous men walking around eyeing me. I kept calling redbus telling them of my situation and they carelessly ignored me, “sorry, we give you refund”. I needed to get to hyderabad, i didn’t need a refund. It was 1.30 am now. My phone battery was dying. I was in a fix. Orange said the driver is not answering/ we cant do anything etc. Luckily, with much effort, one of my friends got through to an orange driver who picked me up at around 2 am.
        At this point, i have been standing on a highway for 2 hours! I stop another orange travels semi-sleeper bus. Not only was i extremely tired, annoyed and angry, as if to add insult to injury the driver offered me the only available seat – a broken and dysfunctional last rows seat with piles of blankets and water bottle cartons on the seat next to it. Here i was, after 3 full hours trying to sit on a bench seat. The driver explains that the sleeper’s bus driver was not informed about my pick up and that he was travelling from mysore at 5 in the evening and had the seat chart with only whatever orange provided. With eyes drooping and hunched shoulders i struggled in this seat for 2 full hours, until the bus finally caught up with the bus i had booked a seat on. The driver of this bus rolls his eyes at me and says “who are you?”
        He writes down my name and phone number next to the seat number on his chart and dismisses me like nothing happened. At 4 am, 4 full hours of struggling later, i get to “sleep” on the sleeper seat i actually paid 1400 rs. I paid an overpriced ticket’s money for harassment, discomfort, trouble and a terrible, terrible experience after a full day at work. I got to sleep for 2 hours.
        After chasing orange’s helpline all through the weekend, they offered me a sorry. Wow. Furious, i demanded my money back, which i haven’t received. They told me they will not refund the money because i have “traveled to hyd in the end”. Wow. Thanks. I would have gotten a general ticket for a lot cheaper, no trouble and better service instead of paying them to trouble and harass and inconvenience me. On my persistence they offered a half refund on tuesday 22nd june.

        Orange failed to update their driver and their seating chart. The driver didn’t even know he was supposed to pick me up. Why was the seat available for booking if you weren’t going to pick me up? Is it common practice at orange to fleece customers? To leave them stranded on the highway late at night and say sorry, we won’t be picking you up, try travelling tomorrow instead of today.
        Not only did you harass and inconvenience me, you’ve troubled me on the first day of my period. A time when i have no energy or patience to deal with the crap you dealt me. My only hope is that no other traveler is made to go through the situation you threw at me.

          Hi

          i observed a Tax rate change in the weekdays and weekends in the orange travels and seat cost is also changed. i captured the images from redbus
          in weekdays the seat cost is 1100 and in weekends the seat cost is 1500.

          no other travels are charging the service tax and service charge only the orange travels are charging.

          Basically in the weekends all the seats will be filled with the same weekday amount only but still they are charging very huge amount.

          Govt should look into these travels once these owners are charging the amount from public and they are not paying any tax properly and all the money going as black

            Number one cheating company is orange travels and tours

            In my past 10 years travels experience i never had bad experience and unethical business like orange,

            Main bus operates from vellore to hyderabad it is very clearly mentioned in orange web site, but they operate with non ac worst van as a pick up from vellore to chitoor, 1200 rupees payed from vellore is a boarding point not from chittor, from chitoor to hyderabad lot of buses available in lesser say 700 rupees cost, if i pay 30 rupees apsrtc with in one hour drop from vellore to chittor. 500 ruppes direct cheating from customer, similarly lr business for orange charging lr fee for lukkage i never see this kind worst cheatting company, to get another income orange charges lr fee,

                Bus break-down in the middle of journey

                I travelled along with my wife and 1 year old kid on 16th May 2016 from Hyderebad to Bangalore. When we entered the bus, we could see the bus condition was not so good.
                At night around 3AM, the cleaner informed that there is an issue with bus gearbox, so we need to take another bus. But to our surprise the bus drivers were asking for lift to other bus going on the way.
                From night 3AM to morning 7.30AM there was no arrangements...

                  My name is Joby Kurian. I booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Trivandrum by an agency through Your Bus. They have given me ticket in Orange Travels. They informed me bus will arrive at Madiwala. In madiwala, check post is the place where all buses coming for pick up for kerala. My bus was scheduled at 9pm. I reached madiwala by 8.30 pm. From 9pm on wards i started tracking bus by giving missed to no given. Bus was late by 2 hours and reached other end of madiwala (near police station and petrol bunk). They called up and told me bus is leaving and i have to reach bus by one minute. From one end of madiwala i reached the spot. by the time bus left. Orange travels should have informed me prior where i had to wait for the bus. I missed an import travel by the negligence of orange travels and wrong information by yourbus.in

                    Sir. Madam,
                    My daughter name is v. Padmavathi pratyusha and is a regular traveller in your orange travels for about 4 years and most of the the drivers they know very well of my daughter. She is now in the bus and travelling from bangalore to hyderabad. She got reserved l7 in the ott 6 for her travel. Due to raining in bangalore, there is a leakage in the bus. The leakage is exactly to my daughter's l7 berth and unable to sit in l7. The same was complained to the driver the driver has just replaced the blanket and unable to arrange alternative berth though requested. He has given a number and asked to contact the call centre. With great difficulty after a lapse of trying 5 to 6 times, she got the connnection, but the person has just lifted and cut the call. Though she tried again and again but could not succeed. My request is pl. List my complaint and give me the complaint no. To take further action in this matter as my daughter is suffering and unable to sit and sleep. Previously, also the travels has assured to return the money for the tickets, though assured to my daughter, even a single rupee has not received so far. Pl. Given me the complaint no. Immediately for this present case to take further action i[censored]nable to make arrangements for her travel.

                      I booked the bus for bangalore - mysore by orange travels. Bus arrival time is @ 4:30am. There is no operator and bus tracking details provided prior to booking the ticket. We had to wait for an hour early in the morning and had to call customer care people for getting the details. A very bad experience even before boarding the bus.

                        I have booked online ticket in redbus for my mother who is 65 years old to travel from bangalore to chennai on 2nd May 2016(MOnday) in orange travels. Pickup time is 6am at madivala. Bus came at 7.30am. Beautiful right? They came with some other bus named SVR lines and started at 7.40 am. My mom told bus is good. I was happy hearing that. She called me at 2pm and told shocking stories i.e.they stopped at chittor and asked all the passengers to get into another bus as they told the 1st bus is going to vijayawada. The second bus AC is not working at all. They told that another 2 hours it will take to reach chennai. Actually timing is 6 am start and reach by 11.45am. Felling sad for my mom, they are not even stopping for lunch, It's already 2pm now. SORRY mom for booking this bus.feeling annoyed and angry.

                          Hi,

                          I am currently travelling from hyderabad to goa in bus ott65 . My boarding point was kphb at 6 pm. I was waiting there for around 1 and half hour, i received a message at 6.23 pm that the bus has left kphb. It is really pathetic and so irritating that i did not receive a call from the travels before the bus left the place.
                          I got a no ([protected]) to be reached for help, but none was picking up my call.

                          I reached to customer care, instead of helping me to catch the bus, they were simply telling the bus did not leave the place where as i was receiving msg that it crossed . The ott customer care needs to be more technical and sync with the ongoing schedule. Ott should learn to give a call prior to leaving the place where a customer is scheduled to be picked up.

                          I am completely dissatisfied with the service that ott provides.

                            from Nellore to Hyderabad(which was weighing around 10 kgs), When he was
                            about to place the package in Luggage compartment of BUS, the Bus service
                            boy told my father to contact BUS Driver about carrying of the luggage,
                            then the Bus driver came to Luggage compartment and asked my father to give

                              I'm a regular customer of orange. I have booked 2 tickets from shirdi to hyderabad on 7/3/16, out of 2 tickets i have cancelled one. I didn't get any msg from orange regarding the cancelled ticket. I have called them lot many times regarding the refund, their response was terrible. The reason's they are telling are manager was not available.

                                Please avoid taking any travel services from orange tour and Travels. I have booked 2 seats at 12th March night from Paytm through Orange Travels for travelling to Mumbai from Pune in the morning 6:00 A.M. We have recd the booking info from PAYTM booking ID OHLE3K, .

                                To my utter surprise Bus was not arrived till 7 A.M. even after reporting to Wakad at 5.45 A.M. in the morning.

                                I have booked a ticket from pune to mumbai of orange tours and travelers yesterday night.Our pick up point of bus is 5.45 a.m from wakad stop, we waited for more than an hour but didn't get any information related to bus.I called paytm customer care but they also failed to contact to orange tours and travels and to any other concerns.I have my paper in mumbai but didnt reach on time there because of this incident.

                                  I booked a ticket from Calicut to Hyderabad on 8th March 2016, travelling date is same.

                                  I booked the ticket at 2:25 PM and the scheduled departure of the bus from my pick up location (IIM KOZHICODE) is 3:00 PM.

                                  I was there at the pick up location by 2:40 and started calling the number given in the ticket, that number is not reachable. Finally I got the correct contact number by calling the customer care.
                                  By the time I got the number it is around 3:10 PM.

                                  Now the drama started, I called the guy and he told me that the bus is at 7:00 PM, and asked to check my ticket correctly. I verified it couple of times and then called customer care to know the details. Customer care confirmed me that the bus scheduled departure is 3:00 PM.
                                  After a long wait and after lot of discussion I came to know that the bus is cancelled because of less occupancy.

                                  By the time I ran out of all the options to re plan my journey.

                                  I had couple of questions to the executives
                                  1) When can you cancel the bus?
                                  2) Can you cancel a bus just before the scheduled departure? (remember I booked a ticket 30 mins before the actual departure time)

                                  Nothing was answered logically / rationally.

                                  When I said you need to pay my travel, there is no proper response from the team.

                                  Around 4:00 PM one executive called me and told to me if I can reach Mysore by 7:20 then they can arrange a bus from there. I am not sure how a person can reach Mysore in 3:00 hours from Calicut ( I am at IIM kozhicode when he called).

                                  I was discussing the issue till 5:00 PM and I am almost vexed with the discussions and told I will book a flight for tomorrow. While talking to these guys around 4:45 or so, kept the call on hold and informed to book a flight ticket for me to my travel agent. I got a message with in couple of mins about the booking for flight.

                                  When they heard about me talking about I will book a flight, once again drama started, people then immediately started calling me and said they can provide a cab till Mysore/Bangalore. These guys offered this because they understood that I have already informed about flight booking.

                                  I am not happy with the way the entire issue was handled.
                                  Here are the losses I incurred.

                                  1) I ended up staying here at Calicut for one night which I need to pay for the accommodation.
                                  2) I am supposed to reach Hyderabad 9th March 2016 and attend my office, because of this I lost a leave.(loss of pay which is good amount)
                                  3) I ended up travelling during the day (most of my productive work is gone).
                                  4) I ended up paying good amount to flight.

                                    I have travelled from vijayawada to Bangalore. When I was booking the ticket there is anand rap circle in the dropping point. But when I asked the driver he is telling that, there is no parking at anandrao circle, so he will not take there.
