I had booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Pune on 20th July. The bus stopped working in Yevat at 6:30 am and we were told to shift in another sleeper coach full od passangers and were told to stand for 1.15 hours to Pune. The customer care is not available, the staff here is not helpful. I have paid for a sleeper coach to my destination and not for standing 1.15 hours, i want my money back.

    Hello,

    I’m just surprised about such a bad experience during the travel. I was just 5 min delayed due to the heavy traffic and bad weather. The driver was misbehaving and being very rude with my wife and me. He was in a state of argument and criticising. Even the customer service representative named Akhil whom I called to report the complaint was not able to solve it neither not fit for this job. Need a critical action taken towards all these people or it will be negatively impacted for your travels. Here’s the travel details,

      We travelled from hyderabad to bangalore on 10th July they picked us from paradise at 6.30pm and dropped us at mehdipatnam and finally bus came to pick us at 9.15pm. How can a travels pick and drop us on road on rainy day and no responsible staff to help us families and old people. Very bad travel I will never recommend and I will neverever travel in this bus.

        Staff is extremely rude on the Bengaluru to tuticorin bus route (travelled on 14 July 2022). Extremely pathetic bus condition and staff is ruthlessly rude. Will never travel by this bus again. Staff had fight with other passengers as well.

          The bus number was KA51AC6021, my drop destination was panjagutta, but the driver asked us to get down at lakdi ka pool saying there is no drop at punjagutta, if that was the case, then why add that option during booking? We can choose some other travels that drops us at our destination, moreover the pathetic behavior of the staff and our luggage was damaged as well, this is not the first time we are traveling this route, other travels have safely dropped us and secured our luggage, but this was a pathetic experience

            Am regular customer travelling in orange travels from last five years and travelling in bus for 4 times in a month. I travelled from Hubli to Hyderabad on[protected] in orange travels and I have booked my return ticket from Hyderabad to Hubli on[protected] @ 8:30 pm pick up at Miyapur. Bus diver of Bus No AR023477 date :[protected] timing 8:30 pick up at miyapur has left with out my boarding. Due to rainfall Dmart road has been blocked by traffic police and they have diverted the traffic to other road due to which I got stuck in heavy traffic and unable to reach on time at miyapur. Driver has waited for me for 10 mins after which he has asked me to come to next stop I.e., Madinaguda. I said ok and I went there after that again he left from that place also and again asked me to come to Next stop I.e., Chandanagar and I went to Chandanagar on time as he said the time over phone. I just reached Chandanagar not less than 5 mins but bus driver has left from that place also and asked me to come to Mehdipatnam and left the bus from Hyderabad with me boarding. Bus driver is very very rude to me over phone when I asked him to just to wait 1 to 2 mins in Madinaguda or Chandanagar and he denied to wait and just left carelessly. I travel ever 2nd Friday & 2nd Sunday and again 4th Friday and 4th Sunday in orange travels from last 5 years and I wait almost 1 to 2 hours on road in Mehdipatnam for the bus with no proper place to stand or sit. And every time this orange travels arrives minimum 1 hour late and we stand on road without any complaint but this bloody drive has not waited for me some 10 to 15 mins. I want someone higher officials from orange travels to call me immediately. I have office tomorrow have some important appointments and works and meetings. I want call from orange travels immediately

              We have booked ticket from Visakhapatnam to Guntur reporting time at 10.05pm from Gurdwara .
              We have reached to the pick up point 2half an prior to the reporting and we have been waiting at the stop.The diver has just passed from us without even calling and checking that the passenger has been boarded or not .The moment we noticed the bus was passing through we called to the driver and asked that we are waiting at the stop and he said he has moved since no one was there.
              He was watching his mobile and didn't even call us to check with us which his primary responsibility . Instead when we asked him that why didn't he stop the bus, his response was so rude.

              In a nutshell we are disappointed with orange service and the drivers negligent response and irresponsible behaviour.Please look into the issue and make sure no passenger should suffer like dis since we have paid enough amount to travel all the way..

              I hope orange travels will maintain standards in resolving customers issues and make their staff to be vigilant towards their duty.

                  I was travelling on the bus from Bangalore to Palakkad on 24th June 2022.
                  Problem 1 : they last minute switched the service from Volvo multi axle to a normal AC sleeper.
                  Problem 2 : the supposedly 10pm bus arrived at 12:20pm
                  Problem 3 : there were no bedsheets on my seat and I had to go ask for sheets
                  Problem 4 : the seat had no curtains being a sleeper coach and also the attender was very rude when i asked him why

                      Booked AC sleeper bus from Vijayawada to Bhubaneswar which is 14 hrs travel approximately. Immediately after 2 hrs of journey from Vijayawada AC stopped working in the bus. When intimated to driver, emergency windows were opened for air circulation and obviously its still not sufficient. Soon after opening the windows, it started raining and passengers started getting wet. After 5 hours of journey in those conditions, they shifted the passengers to another bus and far later got to know that its a non AC bus. We paid 5000+taxes for 2 tickets. But this is how we ended travelling in it. We would like to request a refund of our money and never ever want to opt this travels

                        Worst service and receiving by maintanance staff. There is no place to keep luggage. OTT3020. Driver and cleaner behaved worstly. There is no respect. Please take action against them. Coimbatore to Vijayawada service bus. I[censored] will not take action means I will go to court to file a complaint against orange tours and travels. We are paying enough ticket price and atleast good service we will expect. Please take action.

                          Respected Orange Tours and Travels Management,

                          Has anyone had a chance to check the last seat arrangements of (2 X 1 Multiaxle sleeper) In front of that, there are some steps, and we can't sit on those seats properly?

                          We thought of booking front seats, but those are in an unavailable state while looking for booking. Later while boarding the bus the person along with the driver is selling tickets for 1500 from Bangalore to Vijayawada. Don't you think this is unethical? I have paid for From Bangalore to Guntur 2000/-

                          Is any of the management parents and their wives can travel on this bus by sitting in the last seat?

                          You guys are making money on common people.

                            I need help with locating and getting my bluetooth speaker which I missed to collect while getting down at lakdikapool.

                            I've been trying to call the driver, who initially said he will check with assistant and let me know. But after that when I've been trying to reach him on calls, I sent several texts also, but he seems to be ignoring my calls and messages. My calls to customer care, Suchitra head office and other numbers that were shared with me, got unnoticed, hence I am approaching this forum to help me. Requesting management to look into it and help me get my speaker. Its o[censored]tmost importance to me.

                            Orange Customer care representatives, acknowledged finding the speaker.

                            Later when I asked them for instructions on getting it, where to collect it, they do not want to coordinate among their teams.

                            Everyone is in their own world. Call Center wants you to call lakdikapool office, they in turn want you to call suchitra head office, they in turn wants you to call driver, who in turn wants me to call call center again. This is a vicious never ending loop.

                            Now they are saying if I want speaker. I have to travel all the way back to each of their offices in hyderabad (lakdikapool, suchitra, any other office where lost and found items are kept) and try to locate the speaker, if found collect it or they cannot do anything.

                                I had recently travelled to Ongole from Hyderabad in Orange Tours and Travels on 3rd June 2022, night. Service is OTT 53.
                                My seat number G2 has upper berth ladder installed in such a way, practically entering for seats G1 and G2 is difficult, even when full pull up of front seat(F2). If front row seat F2 is pushed back fully, then G2 passenger feels suffocation. Added value add service by Orange Tours and Travels is that AC vents are not standing, they close. This is the basic quality check any bus operators should do. If not, then why do I paid for AC service?
                                After speaking to bus attendants, I understood there are complaints for this seat by passengers, but orange Tours and Travels have not fixed. That means bus operators doesn't care for passenger comfort and safety. In the event of any unfortunate emergency like fire breakout or accident, the passengers in these 2 seats are tapped. Though initially it looks like some inconvenience, after suffocation I understood the seriousness of inconvenience and lack of safety.

                                  I am traveling from Bangalore to Pune and the seat besides me was vacant. They boarded 2 passengers on the way without a valid ticket and made them occupy seat besides me. When I asked the conductor whether these passengers have a booking, he did not answer my question and just blabbered something as if caught. It was midnight, so I couldn't ask them to de-board the passengers and did put up with the ### they put me through. This is thoroughly unprofessional and should be addressed immediately.

                                    We have booked bus from bglr to wgl. Bus number: AR01G4143 And Ot-1055
                                    Cleaner and driver are not accepting luggage to keep were all the luggages are kept
                                    They are forcing to keep all the luggage in the seat were most of the place in the seat is occupied and sleeping area is very less.
                                    It is very difficult to keep all the luggage along with us in the seat

                                      I’ve ever seen such disgusting service till date, As mentioned in orange site Wi-Fi is provided, But no Wi-Fi rash driving bus was untidy very poor worst service, And the bed sheets in the sleeper was not clean stinky smell, Over all 0/5ratings, One suggestion don’t run such services.

                                        Worst maintenance...bus is very dirty...beds are not properly cleaned even bedsheets are not set...AC vents are not working ...tv is not working...even the way they behave with customers is also not good...never seen such a worst bus
