Worst service and receiving by maintanance staff. There is no place to keep luggage. OTT3020. Driver and cleaner behaved worstly. There is no respect. Please take action against them. Coimbatore to Vijayawada service bus. I[censored] will not take action means I will go to court to file a complaint against orange tours and travels. We are paying enough ticket price and atleast good service we will expect. Please take action.

    Respected Orange Tours and Travels Management,

    Has anyone had a chance to check the last seat arrangements of (2 X 1 Multiaxle sleeper) In front of that, there are some steps, and we can't sit on those seats properly?

    We thought of booking front seats, but those are in an unavailable state while looking for booking. Later while boarding the bus the person along with the driver is selling tickets for 1500 from Bangalore to Vijayawada. Don't you think this is unethical? I have paid for From Bangalore to Guntur 2000/-

    Is any of the management parents and their wives can travel on this bus by sitting in the last seat?

    You guys are making money on common people.

      Hello Sir,

      I need help with locating and getting my bluetooth speaker which I missed to collect while getting down at lakdikapool.

      My Travel Details:

      Drop off : Lakdikapool - Near Bank Of Baroda-Near Bank Of Baroda

      I've been trying to call the driver, who initially said he will check with assistant and let me know. But after that when I've been trying to reach him on calls, I sent several texts also, but he seems to be ignoring my calls and messages. My calls to customer care, Suchitra head office and other numbers that were shared with me, got unnoticed, hence I am approaching this forum to help me. Requesting management to look into it and help me get my speaker. Its o[censored]tmost importance to me.

      *Update*

      Orange Customer care representatives, acknowledged finding the speaker.

      Later when I asked them for instructions on getting it, where to collect it, they do not want to coordinate among their teams.

      Everyone is in their own world. Call Center wants you to call lakdikapool office, they in turn want you to call suchitra head office, they in turn wants you to call driver, who in turn wants me to call call center again. This is a vicious never ending loop.

      Now they are saying if I want speaker. I have to travel all the way back to each of their offices in hyderabad (lakdikapool, suchitra, any other office where lost and found items are kept) and try to locate the speaker, if found collect it or they cannot do anything.

          I had recently travelled to Ongole from Hyderabad in Orange Tours and Travels on 3rd June 2022, night. Service is OTT 53.
          My seat number G2 has upper berth ladder installed in such a way, practically entering for seats G1 and G2 is difficult, even when full pull up of front seat(F2). If front row seat F2 is pushed back fully, then G2 passenger feels suffocation. Added value add service by Orange Tours and Travels is that AC vents are not standing, they close. This is the basic quality check any bus operators should do. If not, then why do I paid for AC service?
          After speaking to bus attendants, I understood there are complaints for this seat by passengers, but orange Tours and Travels have not fixed. That means bus operators doesn't care for passenger comfort and safety. In the event of any unfortunate emergency like fire breakout or accident, the passengers in these 2 seats are tapped. Though initially it looks like some inconvenience, after suffocation I understood the seriousness of inconvenience and lack of safety.

            I am traveling from Bangalore to Pune and the seat besides me was vacant. They boarded 2 passengers on the way without a valid ticket and made them occupy seat besides me. When I asked the conductor whether these passengers have a booking, he did not answer my question and just blabbered something as if caught. It was midnight, so I couldn't ask them to de-board the passengers and did put up with the ### they put me through. This is thoroughly unprofessional and should be addressed immediately.

              We have booked bus from bglr to wgl. Bus number: AR01G4143 And Ot-1055
              Cleaner and driver are not accepting luggage to keep were all the luggages are kept
              They are forcing to keep all the luggage in the seat were most of the place in the seat is occupied and sleeping area is very less.
              It is very difficult to keep all the luggage along with us in the seat

                I’ve ever seen such disgusting service till date, As mentioned in orange site Wi-Fi is provided, But no Wi-Fi rash driving bus was untidy very poor worst service, And the bed sheets in the sleeper was not clean stinky smell, Over all 0/5ratings, One suggestion don’t run such services.

                  Worst maintenance...bus is very dirty...beds are not properly cleaned even bedsheets are not set...AC vents are not working ...tv is not working...even the way they behave with customers is also not good...never seen such a worst bus

                    My family was traveling from Bangalore to Belgaum with 2 senior citizens. Firstly, they refused to pick us from the boarding point due to traffic problems and later did not even clarify about the boarding point. Boarding point issues have been seen frequently with orange travels. From pickup they just drop you in between the roads without prior intimation.
                    Secondly, wet bedsheets on most of the seats.

                    Irresponsible and rude behaviour by the staff. Been a regular customer of orange travels past few years.

                    Issuing are observed very often in recent times.

                      I travelled from Mysore to Chennai on orange travels dated 06.05.22, pnr no[protected]. Service no - OTT- 2030. My destination was thoriapakam. However they left us in koyembedu and said please get down this is last stop. Driver Mr. Satish was rude on tat. He told my duty is over, don't irritate us. Orange travels office was closed, mobile no was switched off. No one to guide us. Finally we took auto and paid 400 rs additionally to thoriapakam. I strongly condemn this attitude of orange travels. I need refund for tat amount as i booked orange only because the destination was thoriapakam. Please look into this

                        Staff rude behaviour

                        I am travelling with orange travels since almost 5 years now. The service quality is degrading like no other travels. The staff behaviour is the worst and they have no respect to the customers.
                        Every time I travel they never give tags to the luggages, whenever we ask they say they don’t have. When we question they will ask us to talk to company.
                        The bus always leave 15 to 20mins late from the time of departure and when we...

                        I was supposed to drop if at cbs bus stop at 5:30am and the driver or the helper has no idea about the location and they said its coming ahead and they took me almost 30kms apart and they said its the last stop. I was asking them for every single stop and they were not having any idea at all about the stops and the location. I asked them to drop me at my booked location and their answer was i dono and its very far and how can i come. Atleast they should have idea about stops and i am not the only person suffered like this today. The driver and cleaner were way very rude. I was supposed to reach at 5:30 at my drop off location and it took 2 hours of my time just to reach the drop off location and an extra time for reaching my destination. What a terrible people and travels . In the first place bus cane late and when ever the helper opens the door he disturbs me by touching my leg. Wouldn’t try this at all.

                            I know that Orange travels has its reputation and i have been a regular traveller. Today, I have received unprofessional response from the management on the delay of the buy. We have booked Chennai-Madurai boarding time 6.15pm and received intimation that bus will delayed by 1 hour which is really good thing.

                            But myself along with 8 passengers including ladies were waiting from 7pm and the bus came to our pickup point at 8.40pm. When enquired driver informed that Bus was given to him delayed and there was traffic.

                            Whereas bus to Palaghat which started at 7.15pm from Koyembed reached perungalathur at 8.15pm and the original time is 7.45. We can understand that 30 minutes delay on traffic is acceptable.

                            How come a bus started from same Koyambedu at 6.30 reached perungalathur at 8.40pm which is delay by 2 hours. Both the bus started from same place.

                            When enquired management he was completely unprofessional mentioning that if there is delay go and board another bus and don't wait and spoke very rudely over the phone.

                            Due to this delay all my plans has been completely affected and my connectivity train ticket cannot be cancelled which is loss of my money and time.

                            I kindly request the management to look into this issue and take action on the persons responsible.

                                Hi sir,
                                Our bus got break down near annavaram. All the passengers were standing on road at midnight. We called to customer care nearly 100 times none of them gave proper response. They are giving rude response.

                                  We are new to Banglore And we reached the pickup destination(BTM layout, near diwakar travels) as mention in the itinerary 1 hr before. In the last minute driver called and asked us to come to madiwala which we are not aware of and new to Bangalore. Driver forced us to come to some other place which is 10 min walk . But we have heavy luggage. Again we hired an auto for 100 Rs and reached the designated place . This has caused mental tension and also lot of inconvenience. I would like to reimburse back the 100 Rs which we spent extra else we will reach the labour court. Driver and cleaner are rash in talking with customers. This is the worst journey we had till date.
                                  Drop time is a6Am but that is also delayed by 2 hrs

                                    I booked ticket on orange tours and travels on 2nd April through red bus app. I haven't received bus driver contact details and tracking bus through tracking provided. However, bus did nt stopped at boarding point.. And passed in front of meand I have contacted redbus to ask bus to stop. They also do not have contact details of bus driver and I am working with red bus andd came to know that orangee tous and travels denied refund, I need my moneey back and it's not my fault

                                      I had canceled a ticket PNR NO[protected]. In the app I had wrongly clicked the refund to Wallet. I am trying to contact many times the helpline. They are giving another number belonging to infinity. But they also say they can't do anything and giving head office number. But no one is responding to my complaint
                                      I want the amount Rs 2910 to be returned to my credit card account from which i booked.
