Hi sir,
Our bus got break down near annavaram. All the passengers were standing on road at midnight. We called to customer care nearly 100 times none of them gave proper response. They are giving rude response.

    We are new to Banglore And we reached the pickup destination(BTM layout, near diwakar travels) as mention in the itinerary 1 hr before. In the last minute driver called and asked us to come to madiwala which we are not aware of and new to Bangalore. Driver forced us to come to some other place which is 10 min walk . But we have heavy luggage. Again we hired an auto for 100 Rs and reached the designated place . This has caused mental tension and also lot of inconvenience. I would like to reimburse back the 100 Rs which we spent extra else we will reach the labour court. Driver and cleaner are rash in talking with customers. This is the worst journey we had till date.
    Drop time is a6Am but that is also delayed by 2 hrs

      I booked ticket on orange tours and travels on 2nd April through red bus app. I haven't received bus driver contact details and tracking bus through tracking provided. However, bus did nt stopped at boarding point.. And passed in front of meand I have contacted redbus to ask bus to stop. They also do not have contact details of bus driver and I am working with red bus andd came to know that orangee tous and travels denied refund, I need my moneey back and it's not my fault

        I had canceled a ticket PNR NO[protected]. In the app I had wrongly clicked the refund to Wallet. I am trying to contact many times the helpline. They are giving another number belonging to infinity. But they also say they can't do anything and giving head office number. But no one is responding to my complaint
        I want the amount Rs 2910 to be returned to my credit card account from which i booked.

            Dear Orange Tem,

            I have booked bus on 28March 2022 from Humnabad to Bangalore actual boarding time is 7pm but not came on time and boarding location details not mentioned properly it was mentioned only boarding Humnabad and I'm not sure exactly where to catch up the bus actually it made me tough to reach the boarding location.

              Worst service ever.. The bus was supposed to reach belgaum by 7.30 but it has stopped at hubli for an hour.. Its a passenger bus and not a goods loading and unloading.. If this was the case you shud ve informed us prior.. Will never ever book this bus.. Worst service. And no time limit to reach destination.. My rating for this travels is zero.. Never ever go relying on them. Worst worst worst.. No proper response as well from the drivers.. They say u complaint to the company.. Worst service

                I've booked 2 tickets where I need to cancel a ticket 1hr before and I didn't get a chance to cancel due to policies. The mobile number updated was for the cancelled person. Keeping this in mind very deligently, I kept on calling the driver more than 5 times and informed the driver that I'll board at Musalamma temple. I clearly informed this all the 5 times to the driver and driver also clearly acknowledged to it and agreed to pick me at Musalamma temple. I was there at boarding point [protected]@8.05 PM. But after a long wait, the driver didn't stop the bus and when I called immediately within a minute, the driver scolded me badly and ask me to reach the next boarding point. I was on Activa 3G and I asked them clearly to stop the bus and they said that they've already reached next boarding
                point which is a false information by the staff. I asked them to Stop immediately since they crossed in front of me without even stopping the bus and I've already back of them. The road from Sivakodu petrol bunk to Sivakodu lock is a worst road and everyone knows that it's a worst road. Also I'm with my Kid and my cousin in the back seat at the time of chasing the bus. We met with an accident because of that worst road and the wrong information along with the carelessness by the staff. I knew the impact of how it works with the registered mobile number. Keeping that in my mind I called several times and even they agreed to [protected]@musalamma temple. When I shouted and explained these consequences to them, they started talking about boarding and mobile number. They should have asked me then there to board at same point that I've chosen while booking the ticket when I first called them. Since they agreed, I waited at Musalamma temple. Rude behaviour on ladies and completely irresponsible staff. By spending 2700 for a ticket, they didn't even give a water bottle which is not at all acceptable. This is a worst experience for us and for sure that I'll never recommend Orange Travels to any of my friends. Pathetic experience. Worst staff.. Worst behaviour.. Worst response.. Worst service. I called the [protected]@[protected] multiple times and they agreed to stop at the boarding point that I've requested and ended up talking about rules

I spoke to one of the staff and asked them to stop near erragada opposite to Gokul theatre the person who sopke to me told he will stop at that point and when the bus is approaching he called to my mobile phone and asked the boarding point I told sr nagar but I told he that I am waiting near Gokul...

                    I have made booking on feb 10, 11.30pm.Now the time is 5.11 am Feb 11.still I am in bus stand hoping that bus will come but all in vein.i have paid 1300 rs approximately from tirupati to salem.they don't even picked my call n gave any kind of alternative.full.night I have been in bus stand with some unpleasant experience.i never been in a embarresed situation in my entire life.orange travels gave worst of worst services.

                      I booked a Mummidivaram ticket from Hyderabad.
                      pnr number[protected] seat number u11 and u12.
                      After crossing lbnagar my wife suffered some astma problem.I asked the driver to stop somewhere near the medical shop.
                      The driver said I would not stop.Drivers behavior and language is not good.
                      That was a big argument for us.
                      Another passenger on the bus gave us Astalin tablets.

                      I emailed Orange Travels twice about this, but they did not reply to me. And I called Orange Travel Customer Care with no reply.

                        My name is Kowshik, we have booked a ticket in Orange Travels wide PNR no[protected] from Nellore to Hyderabad.
                        We got delay by 10 mins due to identified of Orange Travels Stop. We informed the delay to concern drive and executive at Nellore point manager. They assured over call fine. But when we reached the point they said we are not held responsible for your delay and bus started its journey. When we call to bus representative he said we stop bus for you in a KM only he said . So we boarded the bus but we don't find the bus even after 2 Kms. When we call to the Nellore stop incharge people they are rude with us because they only given fir the movement of the bus. When we requested the bus incharge they said we are here at few distance only but when we came there they are not there. Like this they took us for 15 kms and scolded badly with unparalmentry language. We have no words for the ruthless behaviour where we got by paying premium pay.
                        So we requested to not repeated the same to others. We would like know your accountability against your team.

                            Your staff doesn't have any empathy towards the customers. The pick up location provided by SMS was totally different from the location described to me by Venkatesh Biradar ([protected]) an orange employee. I was wandering around the streets for half an hour. And when the bus arrived even after telling them to wait, they didn't. And I had to chase the bus for almost 2km. The behaviour of the staff overall was ridiculous. And I wouldn't recommend anyone to take this travels ever. I will complain the same over your Twitter handle and multiple platforms where you have presence over.

                              I was shift to another bus due to bus break down, and I was asked to get down at other location because of different bus route, and I left my earphones in bus in hurry, for which I have called the driver, he said he has found them and would give them in sr nagar Orange tours and travels office, but he dint give them in the office and isn't answering the phone.

                              Really thanks to orange travels as they provide best travel services also they take care of passangers lost belongings i forgot to take my watch just a call to bus driver he returned when going back to next trip so once again thanks to Orange Travels

                                  Yesterday I was booked my ticket 24/10/2021 journey date from Metpally to mumbai
                                  My destination is tatapower borivali east they dropped me at malad highway I m single lady to carry luggage two rice bags so please it's aa serious concern we are travelling more than 10 years ago in orange travel's so many problems we have faced thiz one is too bad we need solution and apologize

                                    I am traveling in orange travels the staff of bus in orange travels are not proper response and proper behaviour. In orange they are not allowing to carry Cartoon boxes like food and fish boxes as they are not mentioned anywhere that we have should not carry the Cartoon boxes. They mentioned only 15 kgs of luggage of each person. And my luggage is only below 10 kgs....

                                    I have booked a ticket for my mother from Hyderabad to Guntur, since she is new to Hyderabad and don’t know area I have my number at the time of booking because I thought I will be there with my mother at the time of boarding but unfortunately I got some office work and my sister went with my mother and reached the pickup point at 9:45pm and the pickup was 10:15pm. After reaching there raining started heavily.
                                    I didn’t get any messages regarding bus driver number or bus number to forward the message to my sister or mother.
                                    At 10:00 pm I got a call from driver and he is Hindi speaking driver, in my family me and my wife only speaks little bit of Hindi my sister and mother are Telugu. I am not discriminating anyone my point is in Telugu speaking states only less people will know Hindi.
                                    I informed driver clearly that I was unable to come with my mother due to my office work but she is waiting at the stop request you to call me after reaching stop and hold for 2 min passenger is waiting in the stop only but she is old and new, Driver said ok and after reaching the stop he called me I am at stop ok wait I will call my mother immediately he said wait seat number L4 came i checked.I said thank you brother and after that I call my mother she said bus was not stopped at the pick up point and she is still waiting at the point only.
                                    After I called the driver and explained he said sorry brother I was mistakenly checked wrong seat.
                                    Checking while boarding bus driver checks the seat numbers of passengers boarding to check all the passengers at the point has picked up but here driver wrongly checked my mother seat and thinking she boarded he left and asked us to come Miyapur which was 5km away from the original pickup point. My mother was old and my sister had a baby it’s raining heavily outside and they boarded auto to go to Miyapur and Auto charged 500rs because of our situation and the rain it’s bout about money but it’s about mental agony and suffering of my mother I want action on orange tours and travels.
                                    And when I called their response is also bad.

                                    I think only assumption they have given contract to pickup the passengers in the city to local bus dealer and contractors don’t care care about passengers and orange travels mentioned only about the pickup van but they haven’t mentioned whether they are charging extra for pickup van or not.
                                    I feel like there so many travels only think about money and they don’t care about customer satisfaction and we are choosing these immoral travels because there is no good service or maintenance in the RTC and yet we are suffering in the same way. I don’t know whether this is useful or not but I’m submitting this complaint.
