I have made booking on feb 10, 11.30pm.Now the time is 5.11 am Feb 11.still I am in bus stand hoping that bus will come but all in vein.i have paid 1300 rs approximately from tirupati to salem.they don't even picked my call n gave any kind of alternative.full.night I have been in bus stand with some unpleasant experience.i never been in a embarresed situation in my entire life.orange travels gave worst of worst services....

I booked a Mummidivaram ticket from Hyderabad.
pnr number[protected] seat number u11 and u12.
After crossing lbnagar my wife suffered some astma problem.I asked the driver to stop somewhere near the medical shop.
The driver said I would not stop.Drivers behavior and language is not good.
That was a big argument for us.
Another passenger on the bus gave us Astalin tablets.

Your staff doesn't have any empathy towards the customers. The pick up location provided by SMS was totally different from the location described to me by Venkatesh Biradar ([protected]) an orange employee. I was wandering around the streets for half an hour. And when the bus arrived even after telling them to wait, they didn't. And I had to chase the bus for almost 2km. The behaviour of the staff overall was ridiculous. And I wouldn't...

I was shift to another bus due to bus break down, and I was asked to get down at other location because of different bus route, and I left my earphones in bus in hurry, for which I have called the driver, he said he has found them and would give them in sr nagar Orange tours and travels office, but he dint give them in the office and isn't answering the phone....

They didn't give the sleeper class they gave seating when I ask them they didn't take any responsibility also...

Yesterday I was booked my ticket 24/10/2021 journey date from Metpally to mumbai
My destination is tatapower borivali east they dropped me at malad highway I m single lady to carry luggage two rice bags so please it's aa serious concern we are travelling more than 10 years ago in orange travel's so many problems we have faced thiz one is too bad we need solution and apologize...

I am traveling in orange travels the staff of bus in orange travels are not proper response and proper behaviour. In orange they are not allowing to carry Cartoon boxes like food and fish boxes as they are not mentioned anywhere that we have should not carry the Cartoon boxes. They mentioned only 15 kgs of luggage of each person. And my luggage is only below 10 kgs....

I have booked a ticket for my mother from Hyderabad to Guntur, since she is new to Hyderabad and don’t know area I have my number at the time of booking because I thought I will be there with my mother at the time of boarding but unfortunately I got some office work and my sister went with my mother and reached the pickup point at 9:45pm and the pickup was 10:15pm. After reaching there raining started heavily.

I was booked the bus ticket from Hyderabad to salem on 27.08.2021 below bus AP39TJ8785( Hyderabad to thanjavur) but the bus was got breakdown due to poor Maintenance in near Banglore and no one not responding alternative arrrangements.. While asking call center they are not providing any response.. They are simple telling pls wait some more time another Bus will arrive shortly but they dont know the passengers emergency.

It happened to me to board your bus bearing No.AP16TJ4952 on 14.08.2021 to travel From Hyd to Gooty on . The driver of the bus is very rude and he doesn't know manners how to treat the passengers. Such service leads bad reputation to your company....

This is rediculous service of yours. My friend who were traveling on 13/04/2021 from korutla to Mumbai. In bus suddenly air condition was disconnected and stopped at Nizamabad till Mid Night.

Your Service Operators said there is no return/forward journey available for them.

This is Bad impact on your service parameter. Please improve your poor service.

Sir i hqve booled q birth from Guntur to mysore on 8 aug 2021. I selected u19 as my seat no ad it was a single birth. But to my surprise it was a cleaner seat where it was not possible to sleep and sit. I requested the fellow driver and his associate go change my seat to a vaccant seat ( i have checked in net after passing nellore). He demanded rs 500 extra from me to get the seat changed.

Very bad experience in reputed Orange...

This is in regards to my trip from ahmedabad to mumbai on the 31'st july, pnr no[protected] .
im sure youll are aware of the goo[censored]p you'll did, during this trip, as at 3 am in heavy rains in mid night morning of august 1, we were asked, the full bus occupants were asked by the driver, after spending nearly more then a hour at maharashtra border to deboard the bus, and take any alternate means and reach our respective destinations...

25 July 2021 bangalore to vijayawada driver and conducter to worst guys and they never intibating nothing...

I had booked ticket from vijaywada to bangalore on ott-3025 dated[protected] from orange travels website there it showed there will be personal tv when i came to my seat tv was there but not working so i asked cleaner of the bus he said all tvs are not working. If the tv is not working then why are you showing about personal tv while booking.
Now i am disappointed with orange tours and travels....

There is no place for baggage as the person in charge said that it is locked. In this tough situations on COVID its minimum responsibility to provide clealiness. I have paid 2660 rupees for the ticket and atleast expect cleanliness as Orange generally has....
