Orchids International School — Intimation on Founder concessoin fee not applicable at Bachuaplly brach

When I enrolled my child at the Orchids School Baneerghatta branch, they offered a 30k discount. After four months, I moved to Hyderabad, and my child was internally transferred to the Orchids School branch in Bachupally. Although the Bannerghatta branch did not inform me beforehand, the Bachupally staff members are telling me that the concession is not available in this branch as I pay the price. I keep emailing the Baneerghatta branch for clarification, but no one ever replies. My child's admit card was held up at the Bachupally branch because the school money was not paid in full.
