Please call me someone and help me to resolve the issue, I am not getting proper support from Orchids, Thoraipakkam, Chennai team.
My son is born on 23rd Dec 2017 I had taken admission for nursery in the academic year 2020 to 2021 due to Covid he was not ready for online classes and by then I had paid full year fees, at that situation school didn’t refund my school fees instead they said they will transfer the fees for whichever the grade my son is rejoining the school, even after many explanations to Thoraipakkam team they are still transferring the fees to nursery instead of K2.
I had admitted my 2 kids they had transferred my daughter to Vivekananda, Yelahanka, Bangalore and she continued her studies, whereas my sons transfer was withheld without any intimation to me.
Please someone resolve the issue and educate principal Kouser, admin Robinson and Laxmana on these issues to handle in much more logical manner.

I visiting from Bangalore to Chennai to meet school principal and admin, i almost waited for 3 hours noone met me, they sent me back with the reason they are busy in meetings even after me saying I travelled from Bangalore to Chennai Was this information helpful? |
