Order2India — Complaint against delivery executive

I placed an order for a Google Pixel 7 phone cover through Order2India, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The delivery person arrived at my location, collected the OTP, but did not hand over the parcel. Subsequently, the delivery status was changed to rescheduled. The delivery person then switched off his phone. When he eventually turned it back on and I tried contacting him, he simply refused to answer my calls. This is highly suspicious and completely unacceptable. How can a delivery executive collect an OTP without actually delivering the order?

I urge everyone to be cautious and think twice before placing orders through this platform. Such experiences make customers question the credibility and reliability of the entire service.

Order2India needs to take responsibility, investigate this incident and ensure that customers are not cheated this way.

I want my order delivered or a proper resolution immediately.
