I have ordered some items (order number: 26465) for Rs. 10796 (Order Date 08/27/2021). I haven't received the materials. After repeated follow-ups the company cancelled the order and promised to pay my refund via Google Pay. I am waiting for the refund for 5 months. No responses are received from the company side....

I oredered for the above product in february and as mentioned in checkout my order should have been delivered in time duration of 4-6 weeks but still now there is no response from their side ...even I cleared full payment while placing order...like I am delivering mail to them on daily basis asking about my order but there is no satisfactory reply! completely frudtrated!...
