Did not cancel my order
I placed an order by mistake and cancelled it within 10mins of placing it. Their policy says cancellation should be done within 24 hours of placing it. They responded to me a week later and said it cannot be cancelled. Now they respond to my emails with stupid responses. Please avoid this website as its a scam

I had ordered - 10 M Colorful Triangle Flag Pennant String Banner Festival Party Holiday Decor - for Rs. 1379 on 7th of May 2022
I have dropped them multiple mails on order status but no reply
I even dropped a message on their contact us page but no reply
I am really worried, where my order is, when it will be delivered and if it won’t be delivered then at least they should refund
That is also not being done
Please help with resolution - either order delivery status or help me with refund

I have ordered some items (order number: 26465) for Rs. 10796 (Order Date 08/27/2021). I haven't received the materials. After repeated follow-ups the company cancelled the order and promised to pay my refund via Google Pay. I am waiting for the refund for 5 months. No responses are received from the company side.

I oredered for the above product in february and as mentioned in checkout my order should have been delivered in time duration of 4-6 weeks but still now there is no response from their side ...even I cleared full payment while placing order...like I am delivering mail to them on daily basis asking about my order but there is no satisfactory reply! completely frudtrated!

I had placed an order for a pair of exercise bike pedal straps. Then I wanted to cancel the order for which I sent them a message from their website about canceling my order within 15 hours. Got no reply from them. After 4 hours I sent them another message and an email, both got no replies to date. And as per their policy, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours and the customer will get a refund of his order, which I did from my end of sending a cancellation message for the order but these people did not even reply and have still not canceled and refunded for my order. I request for strict action to be taken against these types of people and please help me get my hard-earned money back.

Updated by DHRUVpy In the 1st image as you can see, they have replied in RE: Cancel and refund the order! line, saying that the order is already processed but when I track my order on the order page (2nd image), it still shows awaiting fulfillment. Now they are giving lame excuses to their mistake of not checking my cancellation request within 24 hours after placing the order and now they are not going to refund me even though I had sent them a cancellation form from their website, 2 emails from my end within 24 hours after placing the order. Their policy says that if the customer wants to cancel the order, he has to send a cancellation request within 24 hours after placing the order, which I did, now they are refusing for refund even though I am correct even according to their policy.

I wonder why google give ads of such fraud companies and cheat people of India. I reported to google about this company and requested them to stop giving ads of order2india. But they didn't take any action. They also didn't give the contact details of this company on my request. Please register a complaint in your district cyber cell

Didn't receive the product I ordered, they cheated

Till date I have not received anything from them, it has been 2.5 months. My email to their customer support also got no reply at all.
