I ordered a clock in order2india website but they didn't send it and I called them many times they are keep on telling that person is not here ...it's hurts ...it's ordered on Nov 20 and paid.. please take some action against it .. ordered and delivery details I will mention below .. please do some favour I will be great thank full for you .. I had ordered an item and i cancelled it and they send me an mail for refund but i never got my refund

I placed an order "1x 24V-380V 25A SSR-25AA Solid State Relay Module 80-250VAC AC-AC" for Rs. 1, 418.00 on 20-Mar-2020, and received a confirmation email "Thank you for placing your order16107 with ORDER2INDIA SHOPPING!" stating delivery time of 3-4 weeks. However after 4 weeks, no email or message due to lockdown. Now, I have sent several emails after the lifting of lockdown. No response. Its 12 weeks now, at least I should get a reply but to no avail nothing is happening.
I ordered Generic DC 12V to 20000V High Voltage Electrostatic Sprayer Negative Ion Generator in order2india website but they didn't send it and I called them many times they are keep on telling that person is not here ...it's hurts ...it's ordered on Nov 21 and paid.. please take some action against it .. ordered and delivery details I will mention below .. please do some favour I will be great thank full for you ..
