I haven’t received my product and I’ve paid 5000 rupees. Neither are they replying to my email nor there is any sort of intimation.

I have ordered earrings and it has been now 8months

And if I have the email they are neither replying back to me nor returning my money
This is totally a fake company

I ordered a fruit basket for rs3000/-.i received the product after several follow up calls.the product I received was broken.i called the company and informed them Mr Hemanth assured me he would refund the amount.after that conversation they stopped taking my calls.i want my refund.

I have not received any response from company side and i also read the reviews of the company so i don't want to wait for that long because i don't find it worth as on maximum reviews people have mentioned that product dont deliver even after waiting for that long and in some cases they also dont make any refund i made payment already of 1200, i am canceling my order, please make a refjnd to me.

I have placed an order of perl necklace and order number 16186 on 03/25/2020 with ORDER2INDIA SHOPPING. I didn't received the product so i cancelled the order. They told they will refund it. Till today didn't received the money.

On 1st Oct. 2020 I have received one item I. e. Microwave Oven's Capacitor which is not in order and the oder item didn't found in the package. Immediately on the next day I communicated to the company as norms. They send massage to me that the problem will be solved by them. But till to day after three months later they were sleeping with out negotiate the problem. During this period I sent so many massage/mail to them, from which I confirm that the ORDER 2INDIA is a cheater one. So I giving the complaint to to You for necessary solution. Thanks.

I have ordered 3 Amber stones on 21 st November and order number is 20022.it has been 4 weeks plus time but yet not delivered.whenever i email i get only auto generated email reply.no proper reply from any person.i doubt whether it is cheated or i will get it.if not I will like to get my refund amount back and cancel the order.looking forward to resolve the problem at the earliest.

I have ordered BT-S2-BT microphone and they are telling that item will get deliver 8 weeks. till now i didnt get my tracking ID and ordered details also. i have sent mail regarding refund. but i haven't get any reply from them. even i tried to contact there number also. bit its not getting connected.

i think its a fake website. this is kind of cyber crime..

i suggest customer to dont by any item from this website.

They dont deliver the item on time on top of that they deduct a part of the amount paid for the item when you ask for a refund. Waited 12 weeks for my item but it wasn't delivered. Very bad service.

That's the message I received on March 06, 2020. Till today neither the product was delivered nor did they refund.

I have ordered for online purchase a hand chain saw for bamboo cutting to Order2india on date 28/9/2020 and paid the payment in advance by my credit card and against I received only the confirmation that the product is booked and it will be delivered in a maximum duration of 7 weeks. But now when I am trying to reach for the update related to the product I am not getting any reply by them by email and there is shown no other contact details.

Please do something, they didnt have a proper service

I ordered my things on 9 dec 2019. Till from today i haven't received my item.
I wrote an email regarding this but there was no proper reply on my email and didn't get correct information when the item will be delivered.
I am continue keeping follow up but from order2india there is no email or any update i am receiving.
This is worst and unprofessional business dealing with customer which is not accepted any where is world and online business.

Such big time cheats they r I suggest please be aware of such looters they can’t earn money so they loot us better go on roadside and start begging instead of looting I want my refund back I ll please complaint in consumer court for cheating ppl u wait nd watch I ll sue ur bloody website I asked to cancel the my order within 24 hours but they denied as I wanted the parcel earlier their website policy is tat we can do it before 24 hours now they r neither responding nor replying to emails they don’t ve any contact no. However, after placing my order i find out some confusing information about the specification of the item which i have ordered. About 15 min back i. E. (9:45 am on 12th september, 2019) i send an email to cancel my order and proceed the refund amount in my account. Unfortunately, i have not received any refund or intimacy about the refund in my bank account so far.

Like others, i too faced similar situation when i ordered based on the information on the website where it mentioned that it will immediately ship my item. I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours as mentioned on the website and contacted order to india numerous times the confirm it to which i got no response. I would not do business with this company ever again and i would suggest everyone else to do the same. This company is a fraud. Please stay away from this company.

I made a purchase with order number 10212 from this website.
I paid the full amount of 1191 Rs. and I emailed to [protected]@order2india.com to cancel my order as the delivery date was said to be after 8-15 weeks.
I did not receive a response back to the email instead I got an email saying the product will be delivered in 15 days. It has been a month now and I have no response to the calls I make or the emails I sent.
This website is a spam as it doesn't have a customer care number or cancellation form.

They sent a mail after placing order and payment, Which says it will take more than 3 weeks to Ship the order.

They mentioned it in the website that for cancellation you have to do it before 24 hours, And there is no cancellation option in their website. Also they have no customer care numbers and also they don't reply for mails.

I placed order on 8th april for cigarette lighter socket 240v mains plug to dc 12v car van charger power adapter × 1 at rs. 822.
Received order 26th april with non-working condition. I initiated email immediate next day to return and refund. After again communication, its was asked me to send the product at their mumbai address which i shipped back on 29th april.
After 29th april, i sent so many email to follow up and today 14th may, these people are sent a email that you are refunded rs. 488 where i paid rs.822 for the order.
Kindly take it consideration and take some strict action against order2india shopping site. Block them from the selling any product online and cancel their all right for selling anything.
