I ordered a fruit basket for rs3000/-.i received the product after several follow up calls.the product I received was broken.i called the company and informed them Mr Hemanth assured me he would refund the amount.after that conversation they stopped taking my calls.i want my refund....

I have not received any response from company side and i also read the reviews of the company so i don't want to wait for that long because i don't find it worth as on maximum reviews people have mentioned that product dont deliver even after waiting for that long and in some cases they also dont make any refund i made payment already of 1200, i am canceling my order, please make a refjnd to me....

They dont deliver the item on time on top of that they deduct a part of the amount paid for the item when you ask for a refund. Waited 12 weeks for my item but it wasn't delivered. Very bad service....

Like others, i too faced similar situation when i ordered based on the information on the website where it mentioned that it will immediately ship my item. I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours as mentioned on the website and contacted order to india numerous times the confirm it to which i got no response. I would not do business with this company ever again and i would suggest everyone else to do the same. This company is a fraud....
