My complaint is all about the service level and the fraud happening at service level. Eshop.com of orient electric does not have an option to purchase the remote separetely and persistently the customer care staff asking to purchase from eshop.com without even checking. This is insane!

I want to bring your kind attention towards some service issue, please intervene and resolve within your standard time frame.

My air cooler is not operating properly from 22nd may. Its water circulation pump is stopped working. So it is not circulating the water caused not cooling the air.

I have purchase an air cooler last year in april 2018. I wanted to change the grass of my cooler so lodged a service for the same. Orient has sent the executive at my given address with the new grass and i gave him rs. 700/- for service and for grass. This complaint is regarding the orient ceiling fan that i have purchased recently on date 25 april 2019. I have already registered the complaint on 3rd may regarding the noise in the fan. They told me that the technician will visit your home within 24 to 48 hours but there is no such visit till now.
