I have a purchased a fan model aero slim brown on 02.11.2019 in visakhaptnam shree enterprises dealer.

I have a approached to customer care for 05.11.2019 regarding installation. My compliant registered number is c[protected]. Til now no installation yet. So many times i tried to customer care and area manager mr. Simon kumar his mobile number is [protected]. I was called to mr. Simon kumar and he said send the message of compliant registered number and adress, then i will send both of him. But he is not responded.

Iam very sad because, why i bought the orient fan.

Please take immediat action. And solve my problem. If not solved my problem please take back my orient fan.

Over all orient service is tooooooo bad

This is with rregard to the complaint number C[protected] whixh is unattended even after the time limit of 48 hrs. Please do the needful immediately.
We have issue in Orient Airtek 52(Desert Cooler) which is in service warranty. The internal part of the cooler was defected and service engineer was committed to change the part under service warranty but he did not get back tiil date. For your kind information the case is three months before.

    They installed the geyser on 22 october, the product stopped the veey next day, i have complaint about it nearly 6-7 times. Every time i talk to the customer care they tell me that the staff will be there the same day or the next day, but they never came. From last few days they are not even picking up my phone. Never gonna buy product from your company, neither will advice anyone about it.
    Orient Electric India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Company has committed to resolve complain No- C[protected] within 24 hours but after 4 day no response received. also talked to service center several time but not responded. Spoke to customer care 4-5 times but no resolution till now by 14/11/19. I need compensation for this negligence.

      महोदय नमस्कार                                महोदय मैंने ओरिएंट का २५ लीटर का वाटर गीज़र ३० सितम्बर २०१९ को ख़रीदा था उसमें कुछ परेशानी थी करंट भी आ रहा था मैं कस्टूमर केयर मे इसकी शिकायत दो बार कर चुका हूँ पर आज तक कोई उसे देखने तक नहीं आया इतनी ख़राब सर्विस मैंने कभी नहीं देखी ! मैंने तंग आकर  वो गीज़र अब  कबाड़ी को दे दिया है !                    महोदय मैं इस विषय को लेकर सोशल मीडिया पर जा रहा हूँ और लोगो तक यह बात पहुंचाऊंगा कि ओरिएंट की सर्विस इतनी ख़राब है तो ओरिएंट के प्रोडक्ट खरीद कर अपने पैसे बर्बाद ना करे ! कोई भी कंपनी तभी सफल हो सकती है जब उसकी सर्विस अच्छी हो नहीं तो धीरे धीरे वह कंपनी ख़त्म हो जाती है मुझे ओरिएंट का भविष्य भी कुछ ऐसा ही दिख रहा है  बाकि आप खुद समझदार है मुझे आपको इस बारे में जागृत करना था वो मैंने कर दिया बाकि आप क्या करते है ये देखना है !                                                            धन्यवाद

        Purchased 1200mm aeroquit white c/f orient fan from pragya electricals but in one fan the fan outer pipe covered is broken so kindly send the new covered pipe as soon as possible the pipe in box we received was broken and dealer refused to exchange so please send new outer pipe as soon as possible the fan we install looks very bad and orient is a good brand name and we very much rely upon it send as soon as possible

          I purchased 1300mm woodwind metalic bwoodbld with light from pragya electricals and received the glass in damaged condition so please replace the glass or send me the glass as soon as possible deepawali is nearer in the box we receive glass broken so sent new piece wood wind fan is nice and it's 3glass light make it complete so without light it is bad

            Hon'ble sir,
            With due respect i beg to state that i am a bonafide customer of orient fan. As we know ck birla group is the most reliable company accross the world and our relationship and bonding with this group is very age-long i. E may be in medical sector or other sectors.

            But unfortunately i got a bitter experience after brought some ceiling fan of orient, among those 4 fan is not functioning since after purchasing. I several times lodged complaint through service centre and some times mechanical expert also came for repairing but all in vain. Now 4 no of ceiling fans are not functioning.

            For your kind information i beg to draw your kind attention that all fans are till under warranty period. So if you kindly replace all the fans, i will get relief from my daily headache.

              Purchased orient wendy fan and after installation worked for only 3 days started giving burning smell, process the complaint through the toll free no and the service representative from hyderabad visited and found that they have sold the faulty fan, confirmed for replacement but the service people from hyderabad are very poor in responding and failed to replace even after 24 days and not lifting the phone calls. Hyd regional manager and the south region manager were all in the same absconding position of not lifting and nor responding to messages for replacement.
              Very worst team. Never purchase orient electrical items.

              Complaint not resolved, service centre misbehaved when I asked them for the resolution, They asked me to escalate where you can, but they don't bothered at all.
              This is to highlight a complaint raised Orient Wall Mounted High speed Fan 47 not working- Chennai but no response from Orient Electric India and it is very hard to say within the warranty time the Fan is not working properly and no service is provided in the warranty period . Very hopeless product and service is very useless.

                Dear sir, i purchased a orient gas geyser 6l on 9 nov 2018. Before two months ago it create black smoke every time when i turn on the geyser. I file a complaint on 1 aug 2019 for its problem. The service center pick up the product on that day and tell me geyser will be install after 10 day. After two week i call back to service center, and they said that after 3 days product will install on your home. After that every time i call they said same answer "tommorow morning or tommorow evening" last 30 days i try to recover my product but nothing information get provided. Am irritated by the bad service of orient sercive center, and also my 45 days warranty loses during that period i use hot water on gas cylinder.

                  No proper service since we have complained to the customer care no response from the customer care it is the 9th day from the date of our complain registered since there is no response worst service i think it's better to close the selling of the orient electrics products in whole country we were fully unsatisfied with this company i hope u will improve your service

                    I purchased a 15ltrs geiser from shree nath electricals and he gave a company warranty to such geiser and it is not working since 1st august and shree nath electricals lodged a complaint on behalf o[censored]s. Now its 22nd day but no service. They (Shree nath electricals gajwel) made us to purchase orient product saying their service will be good in case of any problem. But they proved those words are wrong. Waiting for quick service from them.

                      I purchased an air cooler arista on 09th april 2019. After 2 month near about 2nd july 2019, it occurs a problem from motor, fan not works. Then i complained to customer service centre on 5th july. After the complain i called prabhas chandan ([protected]) and his replies many time that he will provide the service in 24 hour to 48 hour but till no one called me or no one come from service centre to resolve my probelm. So i must say, such a poor service of orient..

                        Have logged compalint to customer and called several times to sunil bharadwaj but no response am suffering from tremedous heat and got fall ill due to this now have to move to consumer forum for the same. Have logged around three online complain but no response whenever used the call the engineer no response from there side. Have purchase it from prakash electronic gandhidham no response from them also. Here at gandhidham temeprature is high and after work required a good sleep which am not getting and my job is also affected due to this.

                              I purchased orient ceiling fan which started making creepy sound as it will fall and wobbles too and on repeatedly informing orient customer care vis the provided toll free number no one came to repair but instead they once close the complaint by saying they has visited and repaired without visiting and said they has reported and forwarded the complaint to their u.p.service head and issue will be resolved in 24 hrs on 4 july 2019
                              The co. Orient just making fool for saying 2years on-site warranty which they just using to sell product and service is done on call on papers and no one will come in actual to repair or provide service

                              Orient co. Has got ghost or Baba or genies in their co. As mechanic who repairs products without visiting through magic or mantras...Great ghost co. Should be shut down for cheating peoples with wrong promises

                                My complaint is all about the service level and the fraud happening at service level. I have launched a complaint at 8th June 2019 and regularly follow-up with the service provider guy he commit me that he will come by this day and that day but never reached my place to resolve the same. And later on today on 25th June 2019 when i call at Orient CUSTOMER CARE to know the status I am been surprised to know that my complaint is been resolved on 9th June 2019 itself.

                                How some one can mark it resolved even when no one visit my home to address the issues. Such a ### service and fraud is happening at orient's people. And now this not even resolved yet.

                                Purchased Mixer Grinder 750Watts Last Month and it stopped working on 8thSep2019. Lodged compliant on 14thSep2019 but still not resolved.
                                Worries are :
                                1) No correct information provided at Call Center - Misguded with multiple worng Contact Numbers of Service Center and Service Person.
                                2) No SLA to solve the issue

                                  I have ordered a pedestal fan on June 3rd through debit card payment from Orient Electric e-commerce website. They promised it will be delivered on June 13th. After that they asked me to wait for 5 days. I did, still no information provided to me about the dispatch details yet. They are not responding to my emails, calls and grievance. I even posted in Twitter, but still no response from them.

However, no person visited my house for installation on 10th June on appointed time, nor did the person pick up the phone.
