I'm exhausted, as now I can see no one is here to help me out, neither customer care support team nor any senior technician as at the end I'd paid the money to the senior head of greater noida region over whatsapp for visiting charge and now after taking money 3 days before they are not responding. The head of service provider is Mehdi Hussain [protected] of greater noida and he is not picking up my phone at all. I raised the issue with the support team but still no response, keeping my call on hold for more than 40min in the name of transferring to senior. I give up, will raise ythe same issue on consumer forum and then I believe my problem will get fixed.
NC[protected], if this issue won't get fixed then be ready to meet on court and refund the service charge as well.

    I am chasing for this issue since last 4 months with Orient there is a manufacturing defect in their celling fans JAZZ model you will always get irritating noise whenever fans is on their multiple enginers visited my place bit no one resolve this issue and also they are saying it's issue in manufacturing but they are not ready to replace my fans. It's really frustrating.

        Dated on 07/05/2022 I was ordered Orient I-Tome BLDC with remote ceiling fan from Amazon. I got defective item and replaced it. Dated on 15/05/2022 I got the replacement.
        After 4 months o[censored]se it stopped working. I complaint to orient electric and within few days a technician Call me and asked about the problem and to send the invoice, warranty card, & the video through Whats App. He told me that the Board(PC) has damaged. After a few days he came to my house and try to change the PC but the PC was wrong (not for my fan's model/it was other model PC). He told me that after a few days he will came again with proper PC but he don't came. After many many complaint an another technician came to my house dated on 24/04/2023. He changed the PC but the problem not solved. The technician told me to contact with their engineer (who serve our district) and gave me his contact number. I call him and describe my problem and he told that they will try one more time with another PC. A few days later I call the engineer again but he told to wait some time. I had been calling him with a interval of 10-12 days but he told me the same. Now he is not received my call. Again I complain Orient electric customer support and they gave me a contact number of a person who is head of whole jharkhand. I call him and he told me to send the invoice, warranty card, and the video of fan. After that he don't reply. I message him to much time but he never reply me.
        In this 9 months I have complaint more than 20-30 times on Orient Electric helpline number(through phone call and through Whats app). Time is going on but I am not getting any response from their side.

        Now I am deciding to file a case in court against this matter.

          Pathetic service. No proper response after lodging complains. Have to do number of calls, but no proper service is done. each and every time I place a call, different false statements are given but the work is not done. Everytime complain is placed they take 1week to 10 days to work on it that too after so many follow ups.
          Worst decision of buying product from Orient.

            I have purchased BLDC Hector 500 model celling fan on March 2023. Within a month getting friction sound while running. I have raised complaint twice, service engineer came and attend the complaint. Then friction sound was reduced and not completely arrested. In recent days, decibel rate is high and we are unable to sleep peacefully.

            I request you to kindly arrange for product replacement.

              I have purchased 10 geyser from your company, through flipcart. It worked well 7 months. Later on it's not heating n small leaking also started.
              On March 27th I have contacted customer Care n registered complaint. After one week technician called me asked all the details n he said new tank n coil ordered and will come ASAP. One month passed, again I called technician what happened so far not visited. He said some stories but not visited. So far 56 days passed, the issue not solved.
              I will take legal action if you don't solve it within a 3 days.

                I bought this fan last month and facing issues, I raised a complaint Call ID C[protected] on 7th April 2023 to fix the issue however it is not fixed by Orient yet(24th April 2023 even though called so many times to customer care and local service provider.

                  NC[protected] is my complaint number . Complained about my ceiling fan aeroslim is not working with remote though power is going to it . Though complaint is registered on 14th April, no one has addressed the problem yet. Very bad service on your part.

                      I have purchsed this fan from Amazon. The company never contacted or responded for installation and I had my electricion follow the video to get the product installed. However, the fan does not work properly. It sometimes does not switch on and other times, it switches on briefly and automatically switches off after a few seconds. The light also does not stay on for a second, just turns on and switches off immediately. I have tried the app as well and it does not connect. I have tried customer care and they asked me to contact a local service provider, who has not responded. I have paid a good price for this product but am feeling disappointed now. Really shocked with the customer service of Orient Electric.

                        Since 25th of Feb, I have been chasing your customer care to repair my fan. They've continuously given me new concern numbers everytime I called.

                        But the numbers of repairmen they provide me, don't answer calls.
                        Today I called 5 times, wasting 1.5 hours, a guy named Neeraj answered my calls. He kept trying to transfer my call to a supervisor and the supervisor kept cutting my call. Finally the supervisor got connected and this guy had the worst attitude Ive ever experienced. He didn't show the least bit of concern that I've been facing challenges since 25th of Feb. He spoke like he was doing me a favor and he YET AGAIN CUT MY CALL.
                        TO HELL WITH ORIENT FANS. ITS A SHAME FOR YOU HAVE GOOD PRODUCTS BUT YOU HAVE A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, WHO HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO HANDLE GUEST COMPLAINTS.
                        SHAME ON YOU GUYS.

                          Dear Team

                          i would like to bring your notice of my OLA experience the same was pathetic interms of products and service

                          please find below list of events

                          1. Initially i had booked 5-6 times for ola test drive however no one visited ( test ride booked with mobile number [protected])
                          2. After awaiting for long time i visited ola experience center -Begumpet - there no one responded first time and second visit Miss Navya explained features
                          3. i had booked my vehicle on 14.02.2023 and expected date of delivery wa on 26.02.2023 however vehicle arrived later somewhere 28.02.2023
                          4. I selected my delivery location as begumpet service center however the same is delivered at kukatpally, requested multiple time to get from begumpet yet still no response
                          5. I had uploaded my address proof of as bank statement ( seems passbook accepted as address proof but not bank statement, surprised that this new tech times who will take passbook) and vehicle registration slot booked as per aadhar address which is 20 km away from my current address
                          6. On 04.03.2023 i had purchased order for home charger installation and as per schedule the same was supposed to be delivered on 07.03.2023 however the same got delivered on 10.03.2023 and yet no one visited for installation
                          7.Trying to reach ola support care however my call not getting connected for service request and getting message as my mobile number not registered but in the same call my call getting connected for purchases
                          8.Sent mails to ola support 4 times however not one reverted yet
                          9.On 15.03.2023 i had visited ola experience center and met Mr Harsha yet no response and mentioned that it will take one good month for home charger installation as the same is depending on third party service provider ( OLA to justify on this), requested for contact points to escalate however Mr Harsha and Miss Navya denied for their manager number/ email id nor any grievance mails ids
                          10 vehicle got delivered n 02.03, 2023 however insurance was effective from 16.02.2023 ??

                            Dear Sir,

                            I purchased an Orient Room Heater from M/S Baldev Electric Co, located at 5 Prem Jeet Market, near Aarti Chowk, with GSTIN: 03AAUFB7260K1Z4 on January 20, 2023. I have the original bill, and the company has given a two-year guarantee. However, my heater is not working, and I have lodged a complaint three times with the dealer, M/S Orient Electric, but I have not received any solutions to my problem.

                            I am requesting your kind assistance in resolving this issue with my heater. Please advise me on what steps I should take next.

                              I have purchased a water heater before 6 months from your company but now it is not working at all . It doesn’t heat the water but it has the red light on it but the water is cold in it . Please send some workers to fix ta problem .                                 My complaint number is 2763895 i have registered a complaint about the serious issue in my scooter brfore 5 days the front suspension bolt is fall of and all the buttons except power are not working, there's a front brake noise while reversing the scooter indicator button horn button headlight high beam/DRL button are not working, scooter grab rails are loose and unable to open charger flap and close properly i have tried contacting ola customer care they said my problem will be fix within 72 hours but until now i am just getting calls from service center and asking for whats the problem but nob3is coming to rectify my scooter issues its ridiculous i am now repenting buying ola electric.

                                  I have purchased through Flipkart vide Invoice no.-FAC6EU[protected] dated 28.05.2022 an Orient Electric 85 Ltr. Desert Cooler. The flipkart has provided a old outdated cooler and major fault found and i have requested to replacement, but flipkart cancelled it on 31.05.2022. The Orient Electric India has given a Guarantee Card of
                                  aforesaid cooler for 1 (one) year. Some minor issues regarding cooler were resolved by Oriant Electrical India. A major issue found regarding cooler, I have file complain no.- C[protected] dated 01.10.2022 for service. Company not provide any service till date. I requested to Orient Customer Care no. [protected] a lot of time. But no response given by Orient Electrical India. Company is failure to provide the service. Company should replace the cooler as per terms of condition of Guarantee Card.

                                    Orient geyser 15ltr model no. WF1501P and geyser is under warranty. I have complaint around 15 days no one came my house and company helpe line no. I call and its tell me it is your complaint is pending and service center does not accept my call and I have complained orient help line and company sent me this msg "Dear Customer, your call NC[protected] has been registered, share your experience.                                       This brand should be stopped.
                                      The fan is running very slowly in 7 months. Orient ones are not being built after complaining. Just talking for 24 hours for 5 days. But no one came.

                                        I am facing issue in electric geyser of orient, current is passing in through water aleeady complained in customer care 15 days back but no action has been taken yet. Very pathetic and unprofessional service from orient. Hoping to get it solved soon after this.
