I have purchased your BLDC Ecotech fan and the fan stopped working just after 2 years when the warranty is over. Now the company is saying they don't have parts available for my fan. It means I need to throw the fan in just 2 years. Are you saying you are responsible for your product only till the warranty period? I am struggling for 3 month and have no solution from your end.

    We purchased Orient fan Rapid Air brn on Jan 3rd which has the warranty of 1 year for the parts. We installed it in newly constructed house in Feb month and now only tenants occupied. Not even two days they used the fan is not working. I raised a complaint on Aug 6th and they said 24hrs to 48hrs we will assign the technician... It didn't happened and again I called customer care and I spoke to senior customer executive then he diverted the call to senior service venter head and his name called Mr. Saimon Thomas.
    He get my number and asked me to send the fan pic and warranty card and he said he will resolving the problem by next day. For connect these persons I took 1 hr... Next day I called Mr.Saimon he messaged me he is in meeting and after that I didn't get any response...
    What a worst service they are providing.. I followed them for 5 days it didn't happened .. They least bother about the customer and r not responsible to see whether the issue is closed are not. Its not matter of money but these people are making to run behind them. At last we will not get proper response. We fed up with these guys and we took to near electric shop.
    Waste of time investing with these guys.
    Customer care executive, senior executive and senior service head Saimon all are irresponsible.

        Hi,

        I bought a water geyser 1 year 7 months ago, which has a 4 years replacement guarantee on heating element and 7 years warranty on the body.

        Make: Orient Electric (CK Birla Group)
        Model: Eco Smart Plus 25 ltrs (Vertical)
        Invoice details: DL[protected] / 20.11.2020

        I raised a complaint on 22.07.2022 as water is not heating.
        Complaint reference number: C[protected]

        On 23.07.2022 an employee of Orient Electric named Stanley visited my place and inspected the water geyser. He confirmed that the heating element is worn out & needs replacing.

        He promised to return in the next 6-8 hours and replace it.

        2 days passed and he didn't return, so I called the call center again ([protected]). This time they gave me another reference number.
        I spoke to Sandeep who gave me the telephone number of a local area manager (Mr Chetak), I called & didn't get a response so I sent a text message. No help received from him.

        Next day I called again and spoke to someone named Sneha. Then to Payal. Kept on hold for a long time. Call us to get disconnected after waiting for 25-30 minutes while to promise to transfer the call to their supervisor.
        After getting fed up with this, I sent an email to customer.[protected]@orientelectric.com and escalated the issue. Many emails exchanged since then & I only get empty assurances stating it'll be resolved soon.

        Unfortunately this has been going on for the last 11 days.

        The weather in Bangalore is really cold these days with heavy rains.
        I'm forced to us the cooking stove to heat water for bath like our ancestors use to do half a century ago.

        Please could someone help me with this?

        I'm fed up of waiting, calling & emailing.

          Address: OLA Electric -

          I Purchased OLA Electric scooter in the month of June 2022. As part of accessories, I bought Helmet. The Helmet purchased does not fit me & I have raised a complaint with OLA customer care for exchange for higher size or return of helmet. It has been 2 months, they have not taken action after many follow-up's on daily basis, their reply "we have escalated the issue & will come back to asap" they never commit for time line & am frustrated following up. Would request you to help me to get back my money or get the Helmet which has kept idle for 2 months.

            Response from Customer & Service Support : Even though product is under 2 year full warranty (from Oct, 2021), customer need to pay for faulty parts. This statement wasn't mentioned Amazon India portal or mentioned in other documents given by online portal.

            Desirable Resolution : Want the issue to be rectified, without any charges whether related to parts or service.

                These orient is one of the worst company I had seen they are so irresponsible that they even don't give service facility they will send some third party service man who do not provide effective and efficient service and I did not get my defective part instead that are doing rowdyism in my home and police came to our home still I did not get my defective part

                  I have raised a complaint about my Orient Ecotech Fan which is C[protected]. dated 27th of June. To date, it is not resolved. Your service man came but with incorrect parts and went back saying he will get proper parts around 2 weeks back.

                  Now I see my issue is canceled. This is really a pain after purchasing Orient Fan.

                    We have 5 orient ceiling fans out of which two fans are not functioning at lower speed. We have tried changing speed regulator but results are still same. Other 3 fans are working perfectly with same speed regulators. Kindly send your technician to fix this problem.

                        Hi,
                        I'm Sujeet Mishra writing this complaint regarding no resolution received from your service team even after many compliant filed earlier.
                        I bought this fan on 31st March 2022.
                        Background:
                        I have registered first complaint on 29th June 2022 and then after many complaints i.e. 30th June, 2nd July and 4th July so on.
                        your area service center (Jagdamba service ) is totally waste, all technician are making false promises and also the people who are there naming Ms. Babita and Saurabh not helping me out to clear this issue. It's more than a week but complaint has not been resolved.

                        I'm totally disappointed with your services and product.

                        kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

                          I don't know but I am writing this totally frustrated Orient electric service. I bought 2 Orient fan from Amazon perceiving as a good brand and to experience ITome fan to save energy which is the utmost requirement at this point for our environment. I support your
                          Orient company's mission to innovate more such appliances. One I Tome fan out of 2 stopped working after few days. I registered a complaint and the service guy verified it 5 weeks ago. Orient customer service is worthless sending only Assurance emails to calm down the customer saying they are discussing this matter and not actually doing something for customers. This will only bring down orient's business with no other outcome. I want you to look into this grievance so that orient repair/replace this fan at the earliest with no more excuses.

                            I brought orient -itome from amazon at my pincode 722102, on 8th june, 2022, sold by RETAILEZ PRIVATE LIMITED.There they are showing free installation, but when service centre didn't call me, i called them on 21st june.Then they are saying that they cant provide free service at my area., Behaviour is also rude.What to do???

                                I have purchased orient windy fan online 10months back and the fan is under 2years warranty. I am facing huge noise issue with the fan from the purchase. I have raised complaint against the issue and technicians visited 4times and confirmed that it's manufacturing issue. It's been longtime I am chasing but still my issue is not resolved. So that I am escalating this issue to higher level.

                                  Recently I have purchased orient cooler from Flipkart to get better relaxation in this summer at my uncle house. They are oldage persons and they are not interested in AC thats a reason i have opted coller

                                  Purchase details are
                                  Ordered on 17th Mar and got delivered on 19th March. Purchased fir my uncle staying at Pedana Krishan District -521366.
                                  Cooler is Orient electric 85 L Dessert cooler.

                                  After receiving the cooler my uncle family went to other city for attending relatives function. After came back on 6th Apr when they started the cooler and surprisingly no cooling felt from the cooler and came to know that blower is not working. Immediately I raised a return request to flipkart but the return back policy time is already crossed and they suggested me to raise a complaint to orient electric as the machine is having the warranty.

                                  On 8th Apr I have raised a complaint at your customer care [protected].
                                  On 9th Apr your technician came and inspected the machine and saying that he will come back. From that time no response from the technician and answering my unckes call also.

                                  New machine with out using single minit it's giving problem. I heared about ur services and opted ur brand because ur services are good. But surprisingly even After 15days of registering complaint also we have not got the solution.
                                  After raiding the issue with the CEO technician came repaired and went.
                                  And again from 10th of June the same issue came and even after raising the complaint at toll free number no one responded for repair
                                  I wanna raise a dispute against orient electric for not giving service to customers even the item in warranty period and the items not performing as per their commitments and cheating customers

                                    Can you send electrician to repair my fan which is under warranty?

                                    Even after multiple followups and many days passed, electrician has not visited yet.

                                    Such a #worst service, made mistake by purchasing #Orient fan.

                                    All people: Don't buy any Orient products.

                                      Bought 7 i tome fans off amazon 3 days ago. on 30th may 2022, and was offered free installation. Been on the call with Orient, currently put on hold for the past half hour, they are refusing to send installation technicians ONLY to my pincode in kolkata. Said it's available in other parts of kolkata! What does that even mean? And now left me on hold for so long.
