Orient Electric 85 L Desert Cooler bought on 29th May 2022 by Flipkart and today on 30th May 2022 I found function and noising in aforesaid cooler. Please resolve the problem.

    I have registered a complaint regarding cooler, which I purchased from Flipkart.. it's automatically stop working & I made complaint on dated 16th May 2022.

    Today's date is 28th may 2022 but no resolution has been provided till now. Only they shared servicer contact no. & When I contacted them I have found negative response from them. it's totally fraud things going around with lots of miscommitments.. totally disappointed with service.

        I have purchased 7 orient ceiling fans 1.5 months back and 5 out 7 fans have speed issues for which I have registered complaints on 16-May-2022 and 26-May-2022 but no technician visited till date. Complaint details mentioned below.

          MY SELF Nazim ali, I purcjed DRY IRON 18/05/2021 orient electric dry iron . Iron not workoig 17/04/2022. I call coustomer careon 20/ 04/ 20222 and registered complened . he tell me your iron replace by delar . delar tell me iron repair by service center . now compny replace product policy closed, so iron repaier by company service center. today 17/ 05/2022 product not repair and replace by company and delar.
          plz resolve my problum.

                Dear sir i had purchased a cooler Last year from Krishna electronics kalyanpur kanpur.
                I had used this cooler in last 2021 summer season now this summer season 2022 when I tried to start it again, fan got jammed and the service centre people called me and without seeing my cooler they told me the estimate of rs 3500 rs they told me to replace the fan motor.
                This the service which Orient company has provided. So don't purchase this company products i would highly recommend to everyone. And i can't believe without seeing my cooler how can he told me the expenses of rs 3500.

                  I purchased water geyser 20ltr app 3months back and after20-22 days from installation leakage started from the geyser. I reported to Orient and engineer came to visit after 2-3 days. He told tank need replacement and went to bring the tank. Till today he never turned up and do not respond to calls. I reported it multiple times but no one from orient is responding and repairing the geyser. Highly unprofessional company and provide no service for sold products. Products are of very poor quality. Kindly suggest what is the way out. Should i report it to consumer court ? Please suggest…

                      I suddenly this fan in 2021 with two years warranty but in April 2022 it suddenly stopped working. I registered complaint about this two times but no response and nothing happened, no inspection and noone came to fix it.

                        I have bought Orient Electric Aeroslim 1200mm BLDC motor Smart Ceiling Fan in Sept 2021 and now fan has stopped to work, I compliant several time to Orient Electric customer care but nobody has visited . Afer they have start given me their Jaipur Area manager numbers and Area managers has denied by saying its not their area.
                        Its been two weeks.

                            I purchase a fan in feb'22, still there is a noise inspite of changing the bearing by company technician. No one is listening now . Company complaint manager (mob no. [protected]) cancelled our 2nd complaint lying that our technician visited and found no noise, than i sent him it's audio of noise, he admitted the noise. Noise is still there but no one is giving ear to me. It is a case of mental harrasment which i am bearing for the last 2 months.
                            This is regretful to write that this is not expected from company like orient.

                                      I have purchased orient auctor fan on 15-june-2021 from amazon at rs 4869 and after that my fan stopped working in 3 months only and after that they first refused to refund and give service then after that when we complain amazon then after 2 months they give us new fan in winter in november then after that we checked it is working but when no when summer comes on march 2022 we turn it on but only in 5 minutes it turned of then we complained...
